The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

The hotel is really nice, the personel from the reception also. Tasty drinks at the bar where they have also a terrace. Nice location. And if you are a karting passionate person, in the front of the hotel, there is a very nice karting track with very nice and speedy kartings that needs to be tried. Unfortunatelly, the three stars are because of a supervised parking place and the breakfast was horrible...

Very clean and nice place. It was easy to find. Free, outdoor, private parking provided. The staff at the reception was always friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel very well located, near the pedestrian area which is about 10 minutes walk. Very clean, looks like it was recently refurbished. Private parking is available which is definitely an advantage if you have a car. After 7.30pm there is no English speaking staff at the hotel but the gentleman who does the night shift is brilliant. always smiling, very nice and willing to help you with everything...

The hotel is simply the best value for money and perfect one for stay in Plovdiv. Very close, at walking distance, from the city centre and old town. Hotel rooms are clean, big enough. The Expo hotel is offering free parking, just few steps away from the hotel patio. There is located and lobby bar.

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Looks more modern Hotel looks modern but lacks some practicalities, restaurant was closed, the bathroom was enclosed in glass with sticker on it. Sink was inside the room near the door where the lighting switches on with a sensor and goes off after 10seconds. Not practical. Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

The rooms are very small. There is no parking place nearby. The location is very good, but when we asked at the reception for a taxi, they told us to get from the street. Everything else was fine and corresponding to the reservation details.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

I have wonderful impressions from my stay at the hotel. The location is unique, close to the Ancient Theater and the central part of the city, the service and atmosphere are excellent. Great family hotel in the heart of old Plovdiv, 5min from the Antic theater. Parking spot in front of the hotel, big breakfast and very warm and friendly host. Absolutely the right choice - perfect room for great price.

We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort
