Nice hotel located in the northern part of the city, in the heart of Plovdiv's industrial district. Relatively new, clean rooms, friendly staff. The city center is a 30-minute walk away.

I really liked the accommodation. I recommend it.

A business type hotel next to the railway station, so convenient for arrival and departure, but it was a bit of a walk into the centre of Plovdiv.

Adjacent to central railway station, bus station, taxi rank, this hotel is a perfect choice with shuttle bus to and from the airport. Facilities and breakfast were good. Reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff were helpful and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Thanks.

Tremendous service and very satisfied with my stay. Delicious breakfast too! I had a smaller issue with my room and went to the desk to address it. They immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my stay; which was really not something that I asked for. But it tells you how much they care about customer service. Thank you very much!

Stayed here in September. My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. Shower door was ineffective and pool of water on the floor after shower. In any case they were happy to take payment

Got here by car, no problem at all. Huge double garage with parking enough for 6 cars. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to order, big selection of cheeses. Location was very convenient to our favorite local bar & dinner spot, Contrabass. Walking distance, if your legs can handle the climbing!to Capana and downtown Plovdiv.

I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. The tv was 20+years old and was not working and the handle in the bathroom was broke so one of us got locked there. The staff is very polite and kind. The breakfast was very basic. Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. Parking is also free. This makes this hotel favourite!

Air-conditioning was not working, the room was very cold. Thanks to the lady from the reception, we got a solution for the night. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice location and free parking.

I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. (I imagine) The bathroom was a wet room. Everything was very clean and the single bed was large and comfortable. It has at least two restaurants both of which were closed for dinner and not near the centre of town...

The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Looks more modern Hotel looks modern but lacks some practicalities, restaurant was closed, the bathroom was enclosed in glass with sticker on it. This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

The rooms were clean and with nice furniture, just one of the bathrooms was smelling and doesn’t include breakfast. Other than that everything was good and there is parking and park for children in front.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.

It is a very good business hotel with complete facilities. It is a little far from the city center and there is a bus station nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! OK, nothing special. Good value for the money. Not too practical if you're staying there as a family and planning to e.g. eat in or cook. We were there for about 24 hours & ate breakfast once only to realize there was no way to clean the floor from the crumbles the kids left behind. Other than that, the staff is polite, there's parking (at an extra charge) and it's relatively clean.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. Comfortable room, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. The room was very clean and lacked nothing, and it is very good value for money. The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in. I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—not just to us, but to our furry companion as well. It's not easy to find places that genuinely cater to pets, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond.

In July it was really hot 🔥 and the air conditioner was very, very poor! And unfortunately, it is centralised. Because in other way I clean the filters which often are very dusty and that is the reason for poor performance. Got bitten by something but could be my fault as I had the window open. The blankets were too small and the pillows uncomfortable. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

Amazing. I landed here for Dental surgery on the way to Sofia. Dimitri the owner is a orthodontist, He set me up with a clinic, Maria his wife has been incredibly helpful, washing clothes etc. And Ogi the next door neighbour and handyman, set up my father at Sofia airport to fly in and get brought to the hotel.
