Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Blvd was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was a major issue — both the toilet and bathtub were unpleasant and seemed quite unclean. The rooms had a bunk bed, but the top bunk sheets were covered in dust, which was very off-putting. It seemed like the areas that aren't often touched (like behind furniture) hadn't been cleaned in a while, as they were very dusty.

Another frustration was the WiFi — it only worked in the bathroom! It was nearly impossible to get a signal anywhere else in the room, including when lying in bed.

While the price was reasonable, we expected a much cleaner and more hygienic environment. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly helpful staff.
Underground garage parking which was a plus as we have a motorcycle. Offered us coffee before leaving. Lovely people

It was a nightmare, do not recommend at all. There were stains at the furniture, the toilet was not properly cleaned. There was construction work going on at the hotel and it was very noisy. This was not mentioned when we made the reservation. The receptionist told us it will be finished at 16:30, but at 18:00 it was still ongoing and we decided to leave this place and find another hotel to spend the night in.

Top place!! Garanteee!!the staff is helpful, kind, the rooms are clean, close to International Fair , if you want to eat soup, there is fast food. You can see also the river Maritsa and there make amazing pictures and everywhere in Plovdiv💗

When we arrived at the hotel to do the check in (and we had a reservation) the receptionist told us to wait 5min, no problem. 10min have passed and she was just doing nothing looking outside. After the 10 min waiting, a group of 30 young kids arrive and she checked in all of them and let us waiting. After 45 min waiting and the group of kids did the check in, she call us. It was a HUGE disrespect and this is not a way to receive or treat guests.
The only thing good was the bedroom, that was beautiful, but the constant noise at night and mostly in the morning, it’s unbelievable.

For the price you pay you don't get a great value.
The breakfast included in price was below average with over cooked eggs for breakfast, fake espresso and those powdered orange juices for breakfast.

The shower was super weird and it took us approximately 25 mins to turn the water on and adjust the temperature - it will go from super hot to super cold to no pressure at all. Really weird.

Staff wasn't the friendliest either. When we checked in she gave us a very disapproving look and that high nose tone

very bad! worst hotel i have been to in all of europe. the woman at the reception was extremely unpleasant and did not want to help or even have the strength to answer my questions when I arrived and even had children with me! do not recommend to anyone! had to pay for 2 rooms although there was plenty of room for everyone in 1. cheating on money!

Excellent hotel for the price and the location, room was very nice and tidy, staff are very friendly and helpful
good location very close to the town centre.

Good price, room is as advertised and location is walking distance from restaurants center and city center.
Missing a bed sheet on the double bed but we will take it from the single bed.
