The hotel is ok at all, but i have some remarks. The room was ok, but the bathroom wasn't. The shower rossete was filled with fist of hair and the valves of the sink were spoiled

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.

It is my first time to go to Bulgaria and Plovdiv in a foreign country, so the first impression of the hotel may become the first impression of this new city and country, so the good impression brought by this hotel makes me have a better understanding of this country and city. Like.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well. It's worth paying extra for one of their VIP apartments, we will definitely be back!

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one.The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them. Great hotel with absolutely stunning kids park! There is a donkey and little ducks! The restorant had good food, the pools were clean, the staff were attentive! I never used the spa, but there was nice inside pool and jacuzzi, good for winter months.

This iconic building of my beatiful city of birth is still OK yet the interior is very old-fashioned. If I was a tourist I would not prefer this one for my stay but the other popular hotels in the city ("Landmark" is a great one).

One word : "Magnificent" ( when there's not a wedding taking place) from the the moment you enter the front door we felt transported to places of beauty and mystery in all its details. Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant.

The room was gross. It looked like it was still stuck in the 1970s-80s. Rooms can definitely be updated. The front desk staff were extremely rude. I don't know what it's like in a 5 star hotel, but I think this is the best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at considering all aspects of comfort. Cleanliness in the smallest detail, everything is checked and rearranged. I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed. A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly.The restaurant serves semi-finished products. The guests of the outdoor pool are children and teenagers from the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

The room was clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Recommended for sure. The only negative point is that the swimming pool water was rather cold despite the very hot outside temperature.

The hotel is very beautiful but some of the room amenity choices was a bit odd. For the positives, the bathroom was clean and even had a grab bar near the toilet, which was a nice accessibility touch while the shower was perfectly functional. The hotel was beautiful with marble throughout and lots of character. I’ve been travelling the world for 6 months and this is the nicest room I have had in any country. It is in the centre of the old town within easy walk of places of interest and yet it is very quiet. The owners were kind and helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
