Where to stay in Plovdiv

The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

The view was great. Breakfast wide and good quality. The only bad thing was that there was a wedding and the music was so high till 2A.M. difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel, located 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of things, comfortable beds, good shower, rich breakfast.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. The hotel is great after the renovations, it's family (and baby) friendly and the half board even includes meals for the smallest. Also there's a ton of activities for the kids at the play center, and the pool area after the renovations is extended offering more area for the kids.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

Small but clean hotel in Plovdiv. Close to city centre..

A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly.The restaurant serves semi-finished products. The guests of the outdoor pool are children and teenagers from the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. We were in a motorhome and stopped here for 4 nights. It is a very nice campsite but relies on QR codes, which not everyone is familiar with, or likes. The washing machine takes 4 hours!! That needs to be addressed. Transport to the city is perfect and only costs 1 lev each way. A really good site. The website cannot access prices.

Brilliant location for vising Plovdiv. Only one sanitary (1 x loo, 1 x shower) open in winter, but thankfully only a couple of campers on site when we were here. Facilities are good. This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Comfortable room, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. The room was very clean and lacked nothing, and it is very good value for money. It is on the main pedestrian shopping street, which is very convenient for exploring and shopping. The only downside for some might be that there is no elevator.

Tip: walk through the underground shopping/station tunnel to get to the hotel in less than half the time Google thinks it will take.
