I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect

Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old

Room is good with all needed facilities. They provide drinking water in reusable glass water. coffee and chocolate drink in room. Breakfast was big spared with good taste

Radisson Plodvid is better known as Imperial Hotel. It is a big building covering huge area of lawn and parking. Our check in was smooth with very friendly and helping staff at front desk

They are offering guests to take fruits with them if they so wish. Ask for some services which write provided within no time

Adjacent to central railway station, bus station, taxi rank, this hotel is a perfect choice with shuttle bus to and from the airport. Facilities and breakfast were good

location is the best close to train station and Karat-S bus service in the same area. another bus station is just 300 m. 4 mins walk

They immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my stay; which was really not something that I asked for. But it tells you how much they care about customer service

The city centre is 15 minutes walk. Hardly hearing the noise from train station. The shower needs to be fixed and replaced

Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

I really liked the view from my room which was on the 16th floor. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner warmed the room pretty quickly. The sewing kit came just in hand

It has at least two restaurants both of which were closed for dinner and not near the centre of town so there's not much nearby apart from Plaza Mall's food court. It's very inexpensive and you get what you pay for

I found this hotel just by chance and as a last minute booking. Smart booking system, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, great food and very helpful staff particularly Lilly who was an absolute star

Reception managers Lili and Plamen and the restaurant manager Nasko were very professional, friendly and willing to help! I can strongly recommend!

I also got to speak with the manager who takes an interest in all his clients. I will without hesitation be back in the next few weeks

The rooms looked fairly decent but the rooms had an unpleasant smell, like there was dust in the air or within the carpets. Lake view is not really a good view if your room is in the lower level

The balcony with lake view picture on the hotel website was probably the room with the best view. Breakfast was poor, but i guess it was a typical bulgarian type of breakfast

This is easily the best hotel for families with children in South Bulgaria. Totally targeted at families with kids and one can tell that things at Markovo Spa are done with passion, professionalism and love for the guest

The rooms are spacious for a family of four, a crib was provided for our little daughter, the breakfast and dinner were buffet style but tasty, with good quality and quantity, the staff was helpful and smiling and the pools were to accommodate smaller kids and older kids alike

Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Very close to the old town and the Kapana. The staff are friendly and helpful. It also has private parking spaces

The receptionist was very helpful — when I needed to change the time of a restaurant booking, she kindly called them for me since I don’t speak Bulgarian. She also helped check transportation options to another city

Great Hotel in the heart of the Old Town Amazing location right in the heart of the old town, really helpful and attentive staff and good size rooms.

This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

The rooms were clean and with nice furniture, just one of the bathrooms was smelling and doesn’t include breakfast. Other than that everything was good and there is parking and park for children in front.

Cozy apartments - modern and comfortable. The area around the hotel is well lid and brand new. There public parking spaces but pay attention to the signs.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there

As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step

I stayed here because of a conference at the University Paisii Hilendarski. Yes, it's outside of city centre, but there are buses that go quite often (bus station just a 3 min walk from the hotel)

This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital

Situated on a quiet outskirts side of the town, at just 10 minutes with a taxi. The personnel were very nice and helpful. They also have a decent restaurant, where you can get fair food

Unfortunately, în spite they have all the rooms equipped with smart tvs, the wireless network is very unstable, so you can not have a YouTube or Netflix normal experience! All in all, it was a very nice stay!

The thing we didn’t like the most was that for an apartment for 6 people they would give us only one access card, which was a bit of an issue when we had different schedules during our stay

20 min walking distance to the main shopping street. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bedding and nice furniture. ☹️ The staff was not really friendly

Another thing that could be improved is the kitchen utilities such as dishes soap, sponge and towel - would be to have them there

We had the room in the tarasse, a big room like from an 80s movie. Interesting experience with a nice view, the air-condition was very loud and smelled bad. The personnel in the breakfast was really unmotivated.

It is a very good business hotel with complete facilities. It is a little far from the city center and there is a bus station nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! Next time I visit this city, I will choose this hotel

It is a 20-minute walk (more or less) from the railways station but it is flat so it is easy. The hotel is on the first and the second floor of the building, but there is no elevator
