From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and the best yogurt I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not easily impressed and I was.

The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. Parking is also free. This makes this hotel favourite!

Air-conditioning was not working, the room was very cold. Thanks to the lady from the reception, we got a solution for the night. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice location and free parking.

perfect location to walk anywhere worth seeing in Plovdiv. Rooms are a bit small, but the location and service more than makes up for it. Will definitely be staying here on our next stay.

The hotel room and common areas where we stayed with our family on December 20, 2025 were very clean. The staff were also very helpful. They could just improve the breakfast variety a little. I recommend it.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The room was clean, and the entire staff – especially the manager – gave us personal attention and helped us plan our tour, including recommendations for excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique stay.

The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. In and out, with each piece no one ever offered assistance, over electrical cord or inconsistent flooring. The staff was friendly and nice otherwise. The room was perfect...

Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. Breakfast typical but many choices that can give you the energy to start your day. If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

No bar available, no spa/massage available

Fabulous experience. Room was exactly as shown and described, waow. Plenty of fresh bottled water each day, complimentary wine offered and great to have a mini fridge in the room

The rooms were clean and the prices were affordable. There was no parking problem. Turkish language support available

The Lady from the personnel was very polite when she welcomed us. We suggest that the existing tiny ancient TV to be replaced with a slightly bigger size and installed on the correct wall. Hopefully, that will improve the hotel rating.

Comfiest sleep. Great service. Great people. Nice outdoor terrace in the room. Fantastic location. Everything you need in Plovdiv. I’ll return.

This guesthouse is outstanding! If I ever go back to Plovdiv, I will want to stay there again and have already recommended it to others. The room is beautifully set up with every amenity plus extras. Gorgeous rooms and building, and a very convenient location to get to the town center by walking through the park.

If it had included breakfast, it would have been a more reasonable and acceptable price. There are hotels with breakfast included at this price. It is in a pleasant, boutique location. Guesthouse delight. This place is great. Yes it's a guest house so not staffed at all times. No problem! The full renovation to the historic dwelling is outstanding. Beautiful house in Plovdiv The house is beautifully restored with a combination of a traditional farm house and modern style. It's in the perfect location and the room was very cozy.

For another trip to Plovdiv we chose the same guest house and found all items about service and rooms and people on the same high standard as last time. Beautiful rooms, great beds, friendly and responsive owners. Nothing more to inquire from a good guest house. Found these three attributes all un-changed since my 1st stay in 2021.
