Very nice hotel, excellent location. Two small issues. The AC was a bit weak so it took some time to cook off the room. And the front door was extremely hard to open, as a matter of fact one person from our party gave up and wasn't able to get out of the hotel when he wanted to.

Great location with immaculate room and friendly staff. Online check-in was easy. Air-conditioning was appreciated in the 35°C heat. Keyless entry was handy, just be sure to remember your code or have it written down somewhere!

A tiny boutique hotel with very good service, Coco recently opened a cool bar on the street level. No elevator. Rooms are comfortable and quiet but very small.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of various attractions and convenient for dining and shopping. Breakfast is served at a restaurant across the street, and it's a simple choice of just one item on the menu and a cup of coffee or tea. We loved our stay at Villa Flavia in August of 2025. Great location, room was fantastic with plenty of space, excellent customer service All around from the front desk to housekeeping. A last minute booking. Communication was excellent and the owner let us park and check in early. We enjoyed a coffee at the cafe next door whilst they finished preparing our room. Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station.

Very glad that we were assigned to stay in the Green room! Each room was decorated in different colours. The whole building is well decorated in wood. Very friendly owner of the place. Spoke well English and giving warm welcome to us. Sufficient heating inside the room to help us stay warm. It has been a cozy and nice stay!

Excellent & friendly service We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Final day my wife left her phone in the taxi and Dimitri helped us by calling the taxi driver and got him to deliver it it to the bus station.

It was a late check in. They send me an instructions with some pictures so it was so easy to get in. Comfortable seperated toilet and a hot tub with refrigerator in operational state.

Great stay!! Super close to the Main Street with many bars and restaurants. The apartment is safe and secure within a building complex with easy self check in. There was a bad sulphur smell in the bathroom but this maybe normal for the older cities. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious

The guest house is situated on a pedestrian street just a few minutes from the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and the area is very safe. You enter into a corridor which leads to the main entrance and you are given a key fob to access the entrance to the building and to the guest house itself. It was room only basis, so a short walk for breakfast over the bridge every morning. Room was cleaned every day, but there is a language barrier, and some traffic noise.
