The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

Nice hotel, located 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of things, comfortable beds, good shower, rich breakfast.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. The staff was kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool. We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. Excellent boutique hotel with a great location in the heart of the historical Roman town. Rooms are OK and the spa center is nice. Restaurant is surprisingly good, so you got everything for a weekend stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

Our 5 year old had a great time because the hotel offers a lot of fun activities for children up to 10 years old. Nice spa facilities. It is not very suitable for adults without children because of the hotel targeted niche. Thus it is difficult to swim in the swimming pools though it is OK for the kids. The hotel is great after the renovations, it's family (and baby) friendly and the half board even includes meals for the smallest. Also there's a ton of activities for the kids at the play center, and the pool area after the renovations is extended offering more area for the kids.

1. The price-to-quality ratio is not good. The food in the restaurant is not as abundant as in other hotels of the same category. There is no hair conditioner in the roroom. 2. The pools are the most disappointing. The indoor pools are so hot that children cannot stay inside all day. It's definitely over 35°C, and in the afternoon it may reach up to 40°C. This is an older property, so the rooms need an update, especially the bathrooms but they are still clean and spacious. The SPA is wonderful and had very good treatments. I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great
