The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

Nice hotel, located 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of things, comfortable beds, good shower, rich breakfast.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

We really enjoyed breakfast at Holiday Inn, highly recommended, and the staff who working there was absolutely professional, always tidying up and making sure everyone's well looked after.

Good location,value for money

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

It was little detoru from our back from Cappadocia road trip. So we decide to come here for a spa day. We were given our room which was dark and depressing and the air-con didn’t work the door to the balcony was broken we had to ask for a kettle if we wanted a drink which also didn’t work not a good start! My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. Nice hotel located in the northern part of the city, in the heart of Plovdiv's industrial district. Relatively new, clean rooms, friendly staff. The city center is a 30-minute walk away.

Rooms are spacious, spa area is clean and everything functions properly. Big guarded parking lot. Good resraurant. Grill was delicious. Reception managers Lili and Plamen and the restaurant manager Nasko were very professional, friendly and willing to help! I can strongly recommend!

I found this hotel just by chance and as a last minute booking . Smart booking system, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, great food and very helpful staff particularly Lilly who was an absolute star. I also got to speak with the manager who takes an interest in all his clients. I will without hesitation be back in the next few weeks.

Tremendous service and very satisfied with my stay. Delicious breakfast too! I had a smaller issue with my room and went to the desk to address it. They immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my stay; which was really not something that I asked for. But it tells you how much they care about customer service. Thank you very much!

Stayed here in September. My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. Shower door was ineffective and pool of water on the floor after shower. In any case they were happy to take payment

I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

Modernist tower near the monument on the hill. Reception was very good, friendly and talkative, room was fine with slightly unusual lighting and red chiffon net curtain, but everything worked and was cosy. Would stay again.

Got here by car, no problem at all. Huge double garage with parking enough for 6 cars. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to order, big selection of cheeses. Location was very convenient to our favorite local bar & dinner spot, Contrabass. Walking distance, if your legs can handle the climbing!to Capana and downtown Plovdiv.

I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. Parking is also free. This makes this hotel favourite!

Air-conditioning was not working, the room was very cold. Thanks to the lady from the reception, we got a solution for the night. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice location and free parking.

I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. (I imagine) The bathroom was a wet room. Everything was very clean and the single bed was large and comfortable. Excellent boutique hotel with a great location in the heart of the historical Roman town. Rooms are OK and the spa center is nice. Restaurant is surprisingly good, so you got everything for a weekend stay.

Very nice hotel located not far from the city center of Plovdiv. Very nice rooms, very clean, good mattresses, good bathroom, with a restaurant nearby. The breakfast buffet offers local and international propositions, but it didn't meet my taste. Free parking for the guests of the hotel and strong WiFi signal.

Brand new lovely hotel. Very clean, good toiletries. Good size rooms. Bar was welcoming and had a good selection of beers. Breakfast was good. Bring your own tea bags though. The Brewery restaurant next door was very nice. Would recommend. There’s not that much nearby so we need a taxi into town.

Tip: walk through the underground shopping/station tunnel to get to the hotel in less than half the time Google thinks it will take.

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.
