The room was pretty good. I arrived early and only waited ten minutes for an early check-in. The service attitude was excellent, and the room was clean, though the hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are just average. The price is cheaper compared to Sofia, and overall, it's not bad. There are also many convenient dining options nearby.

The view was great. Breakfast wide and good quality. The only bad thing was that there was a wedding and the music was so high till 2A.M. difficult to sleep.

The room was gross. It looked like it was still stuck in the 1970s-80s. Rooms can definitely be updated. The front desk staff were extremely rude. Gossiping as you walk up to the counter talking about people. It looks bad and is a horrible representation of the hotel considering they’re the first people you see.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. The hotel is great after the renovations, it's family (and baby) friendly and the half board even includes meals for the smallest. Also there's a ton of activities for the kids at the play center, and the pool area after the renovations is extended offering more area for the kids.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly.The restaurant serves semi-finished products. The guests of the outdoor pool are children and teenagers from the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

I was impressed from this hotel. First of all the rooms were big, cozy and they had a balcony with a view of the canal. Second of all the food was amazing. My favorite one was the carbonara. You have to order it. The service was polite. The breakfast was luxury and finally it is really cheap. My favorite hotel I ever visited.

A very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax for a business stay or to explore the great city of Plovdiv for a couple of days. Stayed here in September. My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. We were in a motorhome and stopped here for 4 nights. It is a very nice campsite but relies on QR codes, which not everyone is familiar with, or likes. The washing machine takes 4 hours!! That needs to be addressed. Transport to the city is perfect and only costs 1 lev each way. A really good site. The website cannot access prices.

Brilliant location for vising Plovdiv. Only one sanitary (1 x loo, 1 x shower) open in winter, but thankfully only a couple of campers on site when we were here. Facilities are good. Book ahead to gain access to site via QR code. Had some issues with the booking as only Gmail account would be recognised to book.

This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.
