Had a fab stay at Casa Ferrari with Ludmil giving terrific potted history over Bulgarian breakfast every morning. So different to our history and experiences in Australia. The bnb is spotless, great location, handy to main sights of city and easy, cheap public transport options to visit nearby mountain for walking. Street is off the main drag, so relatively quiet too and on the ground floor, a bonus when travelling. Great restuarants nearby also. Would happily return there one day. Thanks to Ludmil for hosting our first trip to Sofia.

In a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the key historical sights. Good access to transport. Clean and complete facilities. Very gracious host. Definitely to recommend.

Casa Ferrari is a well situated B&B located within walking distance of the heart of Sofia. After nearly a month in Greece visiting family, it was a welcome respite for my grandparents and I. The place was clean and cozy, with antique furniture and a private bathroom.

Ludmil, the owner and caretaker of the B&B, has lived in Bulgaria his whole life and is knowledgeable about just about anything you could ask him about. We paid him to take us to Rila Monastery and he gave us multiple history lessons about Rila, Sofia, and Bulgaria as a whole on the way there that were entertaining and intriguing. As it was our first time in Sofia, he gave us a map and suggestions of where to go in the city, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip.

I will for sure be returning when time and money allows me out of the States again.

Amazing B&B in central Sofia. Our host, Ludmil was so great! He was there when we arrived from the airport and the apartment is super well conserved, and the bed and the bathroom were in very good condition. The best part was the bulgarian breakfast we had prepared by Ludmil with an extra conversation about Bulgarian history that we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommended!

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. It was always clean. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind. He did the breakfast for us each day treating us to different Bulgarian breakfast pastries and breads each morning. He was also very good at sitting with us and telling us about Bulgarian history and culture which was really interesting. We would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet, I think there where only 3 rooms. Ludmil, the owner is very friendly, speaks good English and knows a lot about Sofia and advises what to see and do. Very secure, you get 3 keys, one for the main door on the street, one to enter the reception and one for your own room. The bed was very comfy.

Good service for a great price. The owner will tell you where to go in Sofia and will also take you on a day trip to see a monastery outside Sofia. Every morning he serves you great Bulgarian breakfast and is proud to tell you all about Sofia and Bulgaria!

The owner is a nice man who is very knowledgeable on Bulgarian history and very helpful as well. Place is clean and quiet and has some good use of facilities in an area not too far from city center
