Great room space, cleanness, view and location. The room is very comfortable and well layout, it’s an apartment which is prefect. Also, friendly reception and upgrade were great.

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences...

The best accommodation and service This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.

The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom...

Firstly don’t take a yellow taxi from the town , they overcharge by 4 times, use taxi me app you shouldn’t pay more than 20 lev Mac, the photos on the site are photo shopped , the place is out of the way amongst old high rise apartments that look awful, the rooms and the whole place us extremely old and in desperate need of updating , however the staff are extremely helpful, l wont be returning there...

The room was dirty, there were too many bugs in the room, the AC was too loud and overall mot enjoyable stay. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Entry is around the back of the building, looks tidy from the outside bur inside is very dated,. The cover for the beds was worn and with holes. They provide a kettle but you have to unplug the fridge or tv to use it, and the only plugs accessible means you have to put the kettle on a stool. Well in need of a bit of a makeover. Situated on the edge of city 15 mins from a nearest metro station,...

We stayed 1 night at the hotel, the room was comfy and the service great, we got a lot of good recommendations. The hotel is also very well located. We would come back :)

This place absolutely delivers. I am Hilton Diamond member so please do not expect 5star hotel here, but if you are looking for quite, centrally located, clean and friendly place, this is it. Everybody are nice at this location, especially Raya - lovely front desk lady who helped me find accomodation for one more night nearby as hotel was fully booked. I recommend this place.

Near the Sofia Center, very clean room and the young lady at the reception is incredible ! She help us to find vegan restaurant, to visit the city of Sofia !!! The kindness person of earth !!! Thanks Raya!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Our stay at Dunav Apartment House was great - we were only in Sofia for one evening and it was perfect for us in terms of location, price and amenities. The room was clean, good AC and comfortable bed. Raia at reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating, and gave us advice for Sofia as a local.

Excellent stay..modern clean accommodation....nice staff extremely quiet location and no noise from other guests... very spacious apartments fitted out to a very high standard...hard to find something at the same standard for the price paid. Well worth a visit
