Excellent stay..modern clean accommodation....nice staff extremely quiet location and no noise from other guests... very spacious apartments fitted out to a very high standard...hard to find something at the same standard for the price paid. Well worth a visit
Perfect apartment!
Terrible experience. When I first entered the room on a hot summer day, I've discovered a refrigerator that didn't work and an air conditioner that was already on, blewing hot air, without any possibility to change the temperature or turning it off. Immediately I went and spoke to the receptionist, that was completely helpless. Then I requested to speak to the manager. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful, saying that it's not that hot outside anyways, and that the repairs guy has already left, so there's nothing he could do about that at that time. At some point of the debate, I even heard a few words in a language that I couldn't understand, and I'm guessing that they weren't kind words. Finally the manager suggested me to look for an alternative accomodations elsewhere. Eventually and sadly I had to follow his advice, and move to another hotel, where the personell don't hate their customers that much.

The hotel manger changed our booking to a different hotel with worst conditions in the last minute! The manger did not offer any compensation, only a last minute same day cancellation!
