This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool. And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there.

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area. The rooms are clean and I don’t understand the rude reviews of several of the guests below. When I was there there were a few guys shouting all night and I believe they were highly intoxicated and asked to leave by the owners...

Amazing boutique hotel.Situated in one of the central, but quiet street, away from the crowd. The management is perfect. We will book again, for sure!

It was nice, however the room full with extra beds , this and I found similar insect to the one in the photo ( the photo is from the internet , I wan not sure what that long thing with many legs is , and I don't know if it is dangerous or not ) , when I found it I didn't have time to take photo of it but to take it out o0! The reciptionionest was awesome 😎! And the price was good .

I can only recommend the accommodation. The price was very reasonable, but above all I would like to emphasize the friendly and courteous staff. I was forced to change my hotel and despite the fact that check-in was only 3 hours later, I was allowed to go straight to my room as soon as it was ready. I was even given a drink during the short wait. The next day I asked to be allowed to store my luggage...

It's not a luxurious hotel, but it fits the backpacker wanting a place to stay for one or a couple of nights. A large pool but suits children and youths rather than grown ups. Closeby to a lively nightlife with restaurants, market stands and adult shows.

We stay with my family for 4 days at the hotel, personnel was kind and polite, the location is great, food was tasty, always with something interesting for the kids. Its excellent option for a family with kids, the pool isn't deep which is great for kids safe (pool is huge and very clean). Great place and amazing atmosphere! The room is very clean and neat, also with Google maps the place is very easy to find and overall it is a great place to visit and stay! I highly recommend it - also the staff is super nice, welcoming and kind.

Everything was like it's supposed to be, very clean, breakfast was great and people are very nice. They took great care of my parents when they went on their holiday.

Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it. Repetitive breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel is 5km Away from the golden Sands!! The closest beach is 20 minutes away, with very very clear water but pretty bad sand and surounding is dirty. The gym area is a joke.

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, delicious meals. I would totally recommend it to everyone !

Food was great. The pool also and the rooms were average. The biggest problem is the parking. There is none. Only privates that rip you off in understanding with hotel employees (most likely they get a percent of the very expensive parking fee).

Beautiful place, excellent food with options for everyone, very clean rooms and very helpful staff. Very close to the beach, only five minutes at a leisurely pace. Every evening there is maybe a hour of music for children to have fun, so good place for families with children. We hope to come back next year, we had a lovely time. At the last minute (literally from today to tomorrow) I had to find a place to stay in the area for my parents. They were extremely satisfied with both the house and the hostess. They even booked a few nights for the next month. I highly recommend it ☺️

They are the friendliest and most welcoming people we have met in Bulgaria. The hotel is of impeccable quality. We feel that the hostess is a very courageous lady. Besides, we invited them to our home in France. There is even a small swimming pool.

The hotel is well maintained, the room (for three people) is spacious and very clean! The same applies to the bathroom ( which is important! ) Every time you enter the room, you can feel a wonderful aroma from the bed linen ( this does not happen in all hotels! ) I highly recommend!

Very nice family motel where you can relax and relax. There is a lift next to it, which takes you with a nice view right on the beach.

Excellent hotel. Quiet, calm, the gates are locked at night, there is a small courtyard with a garden.

Piter is a small and charming hotel. Everything in the room was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly place as well – we were visiting the hotel with our dog and had no problems whatsoever.
