The hotel is located right by the beach in a very calm area

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. It was a wonderful hotel, not too far from the beach. The walk down wasn't very hard but you needed to go down quite a few stairs. Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old. WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

The hotel is not 4*. All Bulgarians in the hotel industry is not competent. Was in the middle of September. The end of the season was felt. Little people, come rant in the morning, but settled all the same in 14. Room good, balcony is huge. But. But shower accessories, a wicker basket is not present cable and ragged that I wanted to immediately throw it out. In the garbage pail was not garbage bags...

The hotel is very good from vacation with friends and not very good for vacation with family even tho there is kids club for the kids. There are animators at the hotel which are very kind and funny. The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable. Four only for the lack of wi-fi in the room. Communication was only in the lobby where the reception is. They promised to do it, but they didn’t do it in two weeks. Everything else is good. Rested there in 2017.
