Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old. WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

Super nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. All staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean, food is very tasty and with such great variety. But the highest praise will go to 2 animators who made the rest real, as kids were occupied with so many different activities every day. Thank you for your enthusiasm, resourcefulness and fabulous attitude to your job and our children.

We've been there a few times before, so I kind of knew what to expect. Business is owed by a family that strives for the best, friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate everyone needs. Is probably one of the cheapest hotels in the sunny Golden Sands resort. It's the best you can get for this money. The food is probably better than many restaurants. I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems...

I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories. For the price I got it from TUI.cz : one week all inclusive for about 400 € very reasonable. Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy. I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

We had an amazing experience in hotel! Staff, room and food was amazing! One day you also had a 14 year old bartender who made amazing drinks bravo! Give him pay raise

Very nice place, with swimming pool , clean, personal very friendly and also pet friendly. The food satisfies any test, All food served was fresh, good quality and the range can cover anyone test. Very close with the beach, and closed with main attraction of the place. Real value for money, definitely I will come again next summer. I highly recommend.

Bad sanitation... the cleaner didn't want to do his job, also apartment with broken doors and shower. Very dirty, beds are nasty.

The hotel overall is okay like a 3 star hotel but mostly is poorly maintained. Not only the rooms but especially the bathrooms. Great place for low budget vacation. Food acceptable however sometimes they cannot keep up with feeling shortcomings. Car park is not big enough to store all customers. Clean rooms and swimming pool. It's nice, there are 2 bars, one in the restaurant and one by the pool. The rooms aren't too bad and the food is acceptable. If you go with all inclusive you can have many drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic for no money. As far as I'm aware it's also safe for kids.

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. No traffic around the hotel. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style.

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.
