Reviews
In general, service both inside and outside the hotel was poor – staff and service providers were usually unfriendly and impatient, which negatively affected the experience.
The hotel itself is average – rooms are spacious but had occasional sewage smell. The kids enjoyed the slides and pools (including access to the neighboring hotel), but the food was very poor. Most dishes were greasy and tasteless, and even simple items had an odd aftertaste. Both my son and I got sick, and we later heard that other guests had similar issues.
The nearby promenade is lively and fun with attractions, but food there is also mediocre and overpriced (even McDonald’s). The mall is nothing special.
Bottom line: the kids had fun, but overall we were disappointed and would not return.
I stayed here for 5 days with my one-year-old baby, and it felt like a survival camp. The rooms were so dirty I started questioning whether the cleaning staff even exist. Waiting 15 minutes for the elevator quickly became part of our daily entertainment program. The “heated” indoor pool at 25°C? Let’s just say it was more suitable for penguins than for people.
The food was truly a masterpiece — cold within minutes of the restaurant opening, hot dishes that were either dripping with oil or drowned in salt, and a stunning variety of side dishes: undercooked broccoli, raw cauliflower, endless fries, and the same old rice recycled day after day. My baby usually eats everything, but here? Not a single bite. The only highlights in 5 days were one evening with actual warm rotisserie chicken and one morning with pancakes that were, surprisingly, hot. You could also find fried eggs — but honestly, drinking straight oil might be a better option. The croissants? As hard as rocks. The coffee? Imagine burnt water. The alcoholic drinks? Even worse — watered down and barely drinkable. And the snacks between meals? Honestly, I wouldn’t give them to animals.
The beach? Oh, it’s there… somewhere far, far away, after climbing more stairs than I care to count. Bring a stroller if you enjoy extreme sports. As for the staff, they seemed permanently annoyed, like our presence was ruining their day. Parking? Yes, the hotel has one, but no, you can’t use it. They kindly send you to park 3–5 km away. And don’t worry about staying out late — everything, from the pool to the bike rentals, shuts down promptly at 6 PM.
Overall, if your dream vacation involves dirt, bad food, disgusting snacks, awful coffee, undrinkable alcohol, long walks with stairs, and unfriendly staff, then by all means book here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and choose literally anywhere else.
The only thing all-inclusive here was disappointment.
When we arrived, there were plates of old food in the hallway right outside our door. We asked the staff to remove them four times, but they weren't taken away for more than 12 hours.
On top of that, the air conditioner was old, noisy, and didn't cool the room properly.
I’m very disappointed with this hotel. After just two days of staying here, I began to feel seriously ill — vomiting, nausea, and overall weakness. I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with enterocolitis, which was likely caused by something I was exposed to at the hotel.
This completely ruined my trip. I had to check out early and book a stay elsewhere just to recover.
I’m sharing this as a warning to others. Cleanliness and hygiene standards need to be taken seriously — and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Definitely would not recommend.
I recently stayed at Prestige Hotel in Bulgaria, and I am extremely disappointed. The hotel did not meet the conditions outlined in our contract and failed to adhere to basic hygiene standards. Dinner was supposed to be served until 9:00 PM, but at 8:50 PM, the staff was already removing food from the buffet. The rooms are worn down and dirty; in room 505A, the bathroom tiles were broken and coming off the floor. The doors were covered in greasy sunscreen marks, and the bathtub was filthy.
Downstairs, when we asked for beach towels, the staff member didn’t even greet us and rudely shoved a piece of paper in our face, which had an answer written in Romanian, despite us asking the questions in English. From the moment we arrived, the parking attendant (who didn’t speak English) kept asking us to move our car repeatedly, even though we had paid for parking.
The capacity of the restaurant is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. In the morning, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table at breakfast.
After just one night, we left early and filed a complaint with the agency, as the hotel clearly did not uphold its contract. While we were initially promised a 50% refund, we ended up receiving a refund for only one night out of the four, as the person who communicated the reimbursement was apparently not authorized.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t deserve even one star, let alone the four it claims to have.
But for the first time we visited Bulgaria.
In a word, a brothel - horror.
I read the last reviews on this hotel were only 1*. And unfortunately I have to agree with them. The hotel is old- it wouldn't have been a problem if they had taken care of it. What bothered us the most was the hygiene. The mess in the rooms - poorly cleaned, dust everywhere. By the heated pool a lot of mess next to the sunbeds.Swimmers all day peeking into the mobile + smoking, smoke went even to the pool that was inside.Drinks that they serve are all brandy.
With beer I would just flush at home and with wine I would wash the windows. This hotel during the season charges 250€ per night which is extreme for the services it offers. Even the 90€ we are paying now in low season is a lot for the services you get. The staff of the hotel (4*) are unhelpful, do not say hello. It would be necessary to replace the complete management and increase hygiene by 100%. Such a mess was not even in Egypt. Unfortunately we were in this hotel only 3 nights but never again. And to use the name that the hotel has a water park is a lie there are 4 slides with cold water.
The only thing I can praise was the food.
Also the clientele of this hotel was very low and it is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the area.
So I recommend every traveler who wants to get great service for his money to avoid this hotel.
