I stayed at this hotel from Monday until Thursday, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Parking: the biggest issue. I arrived on Monday at 3 PM and left on Thursday at 9 AM, so my car was actually parked for 2 full days. However, I was charged for 4 days of parking (100 BGN), which is completely unfair. On top of that, when I arrived, I was told that the hotel parking was full and was sent to leave my car 1 km away. I was promised a shuttle service to reach my car anytime I needed, but on the day of departure, despite having paid the full parking fee, I was rudely told to walk there on foot. Room: dirty and poorly maintained. I left the “clean the room” sign on the door, but the cleaning staff only removed the sign and never actually cleaned the room. Hotel and organization: very crowded. The internal rules regarding meal shifts (by floor) are not respected, creating chaos. Elevators are overcrowded and insufficient. The only positive point: the food, which was good and varied. Overall, the service was far below expectations. The way the parking staff and cleaning staff behaved was unacceptable. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend

I recently stayed at Prestige Hotel in Bulgaria, and I am extremely disappointed. The hotel did not meet the conditions outlined in our contract and failed to adhere to basic hygiene standards. Dinner was supposed to be served until 9:00 PM, but at 8:50 PM, the staff was already removing food from the buffet. The rooms are worn down and dirty; in room 505A, the bathroom tiles were broken and coming off the floor. The doors were covered in greasy sunscreen marks, and the bathtub was filthy.

Downstairs, when we asked for beach towels, the staff member didn’t even greet us and rudely shoved a piece of paper in our face, which had an answer written in Romanian, despite us asking the questions in English. From the moment we arrived, the parking attendant (who didn’t speak English) kept asking us to move our car repeatedly, even though we had paid for parking.

The capacity of the restaurant is far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. In the morning, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table at breakfast.

After just one night, we left early and filed a complaint with the agency, as the hotel clearly did not uphold its contract. While we were initially promised a 50% refund, we ended up receiving a refund for only one night out of the four, as the person who communicated the reimbursement was apparently not authorized.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t deserve even one star, let alone the four it claims to have.

I read the last reviews on this hotel were only 1*. And unfortunately I have to agree with them. The hotel is old- it wouldn't have been a problem if they had taken care of it. What bothered us the most was the hygiene. The mess in the rooms - poorly cleaned, dust everywhere. By the heated pool a lot of mess next to the sunbeds.Swimmers all day peeking into the mobile + smoking, smoke went even to the pool that was inside.Drinks that they serve are all brandy.
With beer I would just flush at home and with wine I would wash the windows. This hotel during the season charges 250€ per night which is extreme for the services it offers. Even the 90€ we are paying now in low season is a lot for the services you get. The staff of the hotel (4*) are unhelpful, do not say hello. It would be necessary to replace the complete management and increase hygiene by 100%. Such a mess was not even in Egypt. Unfortunately we were in this hotel only 3 nights but never again. And to use the name that the hotel has a water park is a lie there are 4 slides with cold water.
The only thing I can praise was the food.
Also the clientele of this hotel was very low and it is supposed to be one of the best hotels in the area.
So I recommend every traveler who wants to get great service for his money to avoid this hotel.

- rooms were clean

- the pool is way too small for all the people, it's packed with poeple

- just too many people in the diner room, hundreds! A lot of noise and hustle
- everything outside the room in our floor was/looked dirty (glass stains on the leather couch, stains on the carpet, dirty dishes in the water machine for days,....etc)
- breakfast just not good, dinner ok, snacks just junkfood
- beach way too full with people, no space e.g. a blanket

All in all very disappointing, just a big tourist catch, for everybody who wants to drink a lot of beer and likes cheap entertainment.

The worst experience in this "hotel" changed our understanding of the word "Prestige" (with which the place is named) forever. We stayed with family and friends and had five rooms for a whole hellish week. Thank you to "Tez tour" for the ruined vacation. I even watched the cleaning lady directly attack the guests all week, harass them and constantly nag at everyone and just spoil the mood. Everywhere all drinks, coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails, etc. everything is made in thin plastic glasses, just mountains of plastic. A number of people have injured their feet in the loosen pool tiles and much more...
