The location is very good. The rooftop is fantastic. The rooms are very nice. But..... be prepared for a cold shower at checkin...... The people working in the hotel is very nice, room service and rooftop especially. But lobby is really not warm welcoming......

Quite centrally located but next to a local market which will make your stay sometimes smelly and noisy. Breakfast needs improvement: no yogurt, no fresh juice, limited bread offer. Very nice skybar which is the reason why you should stay at this hotel.

Very near downtown Phnom Penh.. Clean room. Breakfast is fairly proportioned. The only fault was really mine because I paid for 10 days but only used 4 because I decided to visit Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Their hotel policy doesn’t allow refunds or vouchers🙁😕

Great breakfast! Espresso machine, fresh fruits, eggs/omelets made to order, and variations day to day. Rooms are also well appointed and match up with hotel photos. The infinity pool overlooking the Mekong river was nice with the riverwalk a half block away. A local street market is right at the foot steps of the hotel for those wanting a little culture. A very solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit

The room was spacious, the AC was cool, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and spoke a little Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Bedsheets and toilets very dirty they need to clean the walls and floors. Filled with dirty from past client and mold growing. Staff left cut up nails on my bed.

The location is good, but the entire floor and our room smells like cigarettes even though non-smoking sign is hanging on the wall . We also found some cigarettes butts and some trash under the bed. Very nice hotel with large and spacious rooms. The only problems were the occasional mosquitos and problems with the hot water in the shower. The location is good but not great. You have to walk 15-20 minutes to the city center or a short tuktuk will definitely help here. The hotel is located on a main street but very quiet at night.

I stayed at the Sanctuary Residence on a business trip to attend a conference that was being held at their property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered a good variety of food. Very friendly staff and very helpful, the room is very clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, has a lovely pool that is well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay and very well recommend to all travellers. You could also order food from the menu there, has a breakfast and lunch menu. Nonetheless the food are tasty

Le Botum was a fantastic surprise in Phnom Penh. Very close to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. We had a spacious room with via from the balcony and alle was very clean. We loved the friendly staff and the roof top swimming pool. We really recommend Le Botum Hotel.

I recently travelled to Kampong Cham and stayed at the Monorom VIP. Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and it is located on the riverwalk. Perfect location. Plenty of hot water and good aircon. Nice balcony with view of the river. King bed and bedding are exceptional. Highly recommend. I will stay there again next time I go!

When you are in the city it would be great if you stay near the riverside. This hotel was perfect for its location. it is walking distance to the nearby cafe and restaurant, near the cafe amazon. The facilities are not as good as I expected. It's a long walk from the front desk to the room, and there's no elevator. The sink is an artificial structure and was uncomfortably high.

The shower pressure was excellent. The hotel is built around a swimming pool, making it a great place for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff spoke very good English, and there's a Starbucks nearby. The overall environment is really nice.

The environment is pretty good, there's a pool that's disinfected and cleaned of leaves daily. The room is quite spacious, but the lighting is dim and the soundproofing is terrible. Sinaka Angkor was perfect for our first time in Siem Reap exploring the ruins of Angkor. Our room was comfortable, of a good size and really quiet. We were able to park the bikes we had rented at the hotel which was really handy and staff service was great too. Location is great for both town and for the many sights of Angkor, would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I’ll mention the good stuff first, which are great location, friendly and helpful staff. Plus, the price was great. However, I there may be a cockroach infestation. There were many baby roaches in the bathroom. One time, a medium sized roach running out of our room. I asked for a spray from the staff so it was manageable. However, still gross.

Drilling noise at 9 am. One of the staff entered my room without permission and stole my money. I asked them to check the cameras and they did but they refused to connect me with the manager of the hotel. Room amenities are so old. Clean hotel, but the rooms are old and lack a safe, hairdryer, hair shampoo, and liquid shower gel. They only provide two tiny bars of hand soap. Otherwise, if other more comfortable places nearby are fully booked, it's an option.

Close to the pub street 08, this hotel offered me a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast and a swimming pool. It's good for a large group of tourists such as familiy travellers or businesses. They have a full service I would say. The bathroom was excellent with sanitary compared to other accommodations in Cambodia.
