Very quiet hotel, very well equipped and very clean. Very professional and friendly staff. if you hire you have a shuttle service with pick up at the airport and / or transport to visit the temples. I recommend it.

This is one of the most expensive hotels on Koh Touch beach, and while it may be the best there (we didn't try any others) I would not stay there again. To reach it you must walk through several empty lots full of rubbish, and there is a sawmill right next door which operates from 8am until dark. Beds are large but very hard. Great location, nice simple rooms with locks and decent air conditioning and the owner is chilled and friendly - invited me to have a beer with him and his family before I left. He also travelled down to the pier to give my friend her purse (including passport / money / and cards) which she'd left in her in-room safe!

We chose this hotel because they have a/c which not common on the island. Clean & private room with terrace & a glimpse of the sea. Short walking distance from the pier and plenty of good restaurants near by. The bad part is it's at the top of the hill! Stairs & more stairs not ideal when you have heavy backpacks. I have no problem with the staff just that they don't mind their own business!

It’s a bit pricey compared to the places around the beach. There are places around the area which are half the price of what they charge. No percolator or anything for hot coffee. Not suitable if you have heavy luggage because it’s uphill and no one is going to help carry your luggage...

A super nice and friendly hotel at Kep, Cambodia. The hotel is located 400 meters inland from the sea. The place is quiet, tranquil, perfect for a family holiday or for staying over to see Kep area. This trip was enjoyable at hotel with good location, however, with next morning , the hotel was inaccessible with fresh water due to damage of the pipe tube. All in all, This trip was good .

This is near the old pier so you need to get a tuk tuk to go anywhere other than the beach strip although there is not much to see in Sihanouk ville. They have built a road where the beach was In front of this accommodation and the area to get there was a lil flooded. Not a big issue when we went as we could walk around but I imagine with heavy rain it's not the best. The room and bathroom were nice...

Rooms are solid and comfortable. It's pretty much the only place left on this, once great cliff location. There is now a road between the property and the sea due to the recent development of Sihanoukville. Beers are cold and it's a cool place to sit and relax away from the bustle of the city.

Location concept: Still Good, in the middle of downtown face to the Sea on the mountain cliff, although it's now block by Beach Road Development by the government, a bit sad to the place. Concept design: Good old town Begalow design with Bar and Restaurant nearby. If you look for premium, not recommended, but if your look for simple one it's best with reasonable price.

Very cool place, wev3 been coming here for years for food and beverages. Can't beat the views (except for the ever increasing amounts of trash floating in from the cruise boats and islands - the staff however do try to clean it up ever day). Staff are friendly and helpful. And, now that the beach party places are closed, we are considering staying here.

This is a truly wonderful, small, and quaint hotel: 1. Prompt responses and helpful airport transfer arrangements. 2. Generally had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Room is clean. However on the last day of our stay, the hotel block has no water supply in the morning. Was inconvenient as we were getting ready to check out for our return flight. The location is in Toul Kork District, Phnom Penh. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from nearby. It's just walking distance. There is also a shopping mall nearby where you can go shopping. The rooms are generally clean and the overall experience is pretty good

I chose this place for convenience. It is cheap and clean, but it is really average. I was woken up by the roosters nearby in the middle of the night. The breakfast is barely edible and simple.

I've only drunk in the bar so can't rate the rooms. Location is in the heart of the nightlife area, so do expect some noise at night. Also located a stones throw from riverside. The bar is nice with a good selection of drinks, big screen TVs, and decent pool table. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. The location was relatively good, too. The rooms, on the other hand, are of urgent need of renovation. The breakfast was quite ordinary. There is a construction site next to the hotel and on our first night the construction was going on all through the night. It was impossible to sleep.

Good location in a quiet street between the city centre and the temples. The room was clean and comfortable (great pillows!) and the little pool was nice. The staff were all helpful and friendly, food in the restaurant was good, breakfast had plenty of choice and they made us a lovely little breakfast box as we had to leave early on our last day. Amazing hotel. Lovely and peaceful with a great pool and lovely food at the restaurant. And the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They even made us up a little breakfast box when we went to Angkor Wat at sunrise. It is a little further out of the main town, but very easy to get a Tuk Tuk into town when you need to, and it’s closer to Angkor Wat.
