Perfect location. Wonderful food. Excellent Staff and incredible tours. My husband and I were only here for One night bcus we have a trip at Battambang but are already planning a longer trip back. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable the room was very quiet without noise from the outside.

Great hotel , central location close to pub street but far away enough to not hear the noise ! Large clean rooms , lovely pool , very good food and cocktails ! Everything about the hotel was great, But the service took it to another level, it was impeccable, super attentive, friendly. Made you feel like it was your home !

Hotel is in need of maintenance. The hotel corridors do not look welcoming. But once you enter the room, things do improve. It's clean and has hot water for shower. The beds are comfortable. It has an elevator so no problem getting heavy luggage up to top floor. The service is excellent, very helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel. The owners are great, she takes good care of the guest. This was our second time here in two years. They built a juice shop out front that I didn't try, but it did bring more people around. The only downside is the nightclub right next door which can get loud at times. But you can usually sleep through it. And the bar seems to have some respect for guests at the hotel.

Great concept - Owner Pierre is a true fitness pro, anyone can learn something from him or his wife who is also very talented! Really good large portions of healthy food at good prices. They are moving from Sihanoukville (to Kep I believe?) and I have no doubt they’ll be a great success there! It’s a good thing too bc Sihanoukville is a terrible place now that the Chinese have bought he town.

Very welcoming hotel with great staff and plenty of facilities (swimming pool, pool table…). The rooms are also very nice and convenient with big bathrooms and comfy beds. The only bad note is that some bath towels were dirty but maybe it is just that we had bad luck :)

The best hotel and service I have experienced in many years. This lovely little hotel out shone a 4 star luxury hotel in Bangkok that I also used on this trip. Good boutique style hotel with a (much needed) swimmingpool. What brought it down from 5 stars is the shower, which was often plain cold and the fact you can get unlucky and have a room with a brick wall view instead of a balcony like most rooms. Very nice hotel with a good location, about 100 meters away from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. They have good wifi throughout the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and is good. They also offer free transportation within the area. It's good value for money.

I have been staying at the Vila Grange since 2019 - it's now my home away from home. The staff are great and accommodate where they can, as well as this hotel being in a great location, I recommend the Villa Grange to anyone looking for their next stay in Phnom Penh.

Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.

I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape. Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. Good location. The ocean bay is in front of the hotel. You can ask them to arrange tables if you want to have dinner by the beach. They also have cooker for rent if you want to have bbq.
