***1/2 Stars overalls. Big nice swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool in the middle of the courtyard. You can enjoy swimming all you want. Price is reasonable. AC working fine. There's TV, but the one in my room lost the remote control. Fast & Free WI-FI. If you're looking for a decent place n price, I suggest you should check it out.

This is a nice hotel with modern interior design. The owners, three men who themselves are architect, design this with mindful thinking to accommodate families or couples. I love the swimming pool so much. The price is average but the room is of the five-star hotels.

Rooms were (last year) clean and spacious. Very basic. Didn't really have an opportunity to experience the customer service S we didn't require much service. Worth it in relation to the affordable price and handy location. Be warned, the road it is on is very tacky and not everyone's "cuppa"!

Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.

I'm torn on this place, I want to like it because the staff was great and it has a good location and potential but the rooms ( I switched a few times ) were not in great shape. Aircon was an issue in each room, one had a filthy wardrobe and bed we're just ok. If they work on a few things and make a few adjustments this would be a good spot. Nice little roof top bar but not many people.

It is now 4 Rivers Hotel, same family owns it. Great location on riverside. There is a lift. The 5th floor gets noise from the Sky Bar from 4pm to midnight. The balcony room also gets noise when it is windy, some metal parts rubbing. Big TV, fridge, safe.

Good location. The ocean bay is in front of the hotel. You can ask them to arrange tables if you want to have dinner by the beach. They also have cooker for rent if you want to have bbq. But the Bungalow is old contraction and not well maintenance. Staffs are friendly. They also have swimming pool.

The shop is amazing, the name says I'd all: it's an eclectic mix of cool stuff, se of which is hand made by the artist owner. I’ve been there with satisfaction of service, foods, environment. I got a clean room, easy parking and also have EV charging. The room very enough space for two people with wide and clear window for sea view. The clean swimming pool for us with relaxing bird sounds to enjoy. The location not too far from Kep down town and close enough for self walk to the beach.

We arrived and were well taken care of, even getting an upgrade! The atmosphere was lovely and the breakfast was great. We were able to take it with us on our last day since we had to leave early for our boat.

I loved how quiet the resort is, staff is really helpful and helped me book a quad bike to go to the other side of the island (which I definitely recommend) Only issue is that my shower got really dirty with leaves because of the wind. Breakfast is simple, but good. And you can also have food for lunch and dinner.

The place is very nice, decent, quiet, surrounded by nature and the ocean, but there is no food in the evenings, you have to walk a bit, so it would be great if they make a plan for this, the breakfast is good.

Basically the room is clean, it would be better if it could be more careful. The service attitude is considered good, maybe because it is not a holiday, there is only one service person at the front desk and the restaurant is not open. The facilities are still worse than domestic three-star hotels, and not as good as domestic express hotels.

This is just a good hotel with AC. Good value. I travelled with my motorbike and parked it in the garage. There is a night guard. The last night I filled up my petrol. After I left the hotel I run out of petrol. There is no other possibility then somebody stole petrol that night.

Paid $13 I think a few weeks ago for an AC double bed room. Clean, spacious, TV, kettle and coffee. The hotel has a lift/elevator, welcome after several hours cycling from Phnom Penh. We had a western breakfast in the hotel's coffee bar. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the riverside is only a 5 mins walk away.
