Rooms are not as clean as one would want it. Day one as soon as I got to my room, I went to use the toilet and it was covered in piss. Not a little sprinkle or two. The whole toilet was covered in yellow piss. Obviously house keeping isn't doing their job. Don't be surprised to see roaches. Keep your luggage close and or zipped. The images that I saw showed a rooftop pool and lounge. That is a lie. It's none existent.
The only good thing is that it's located fairly close to Walk Street and the staff is friendly.
Also having a room with a window is deceptive. The windows face inside. So you will be looking at the hall and not outside. SMH That ish is ridiculous. If you're a larger person, I can almost guarantee you will not fit into the shower because the entry is so narrow.

We stayed 3 nights, the last night I saw a cockroach in our room on the floor. It was midnight. I had to kill the insect.
The day after I went to the reception to explain that i’m not very happy with it.
The "manager" only reply that I should have said it yesterday…
No goodwill gesture. Nothing. They refused.
The room smelled a bit like sewage pipes. And under the bed very dirty.
I don’t recommand this hotel.
For me when I book a hotel, 3 stars here. I expect a minimum of cleaness, even the cheapest one.

This place is great! I just came from a place that was more expensive and wasn't even close to this place for the money. Don't come her expecting the Hilton but this pace is awesome for the money. Perfect location, friendly staff, nice rooms with safe, open mini-bar, comfortable beds, A/C, great bathroom with extremely hot water and much more! My only complaint is the T.V is just way too small but besides that pick this place. You won't be disappointed.

The room is great nice clean and tidy, bed was comfortable instructions were laid out very clear and understandable. The staff were very nice and polite helped whenever you needed anything. The location is right in the middle of everything. Definitely will be coming back this place will be my new regular.

Good value for the price, the location is convenient and works well as a bus transfer point, but be aware of a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway and in some rooms, and our bedding was stained.
Overall, it is an okay one-night solution for budget backpackers who prioritize location and price over comfort.

Overall I’d say this probably is worth staying at if you’re on a budget. A bit on the dodgy side but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Good size room, nice and clean, large shower and bathroom area. Tea and Coffee and a kettle provided. The staff are helpful, especially the bloke, who was exceptionally friendly (even pulled over on the street to say hi to us when we where walking around town on his day off). If we return to phnom penh I'll stay here again, it's in a good spot close to everything. Yes there is a 'red light' area close by as mentioned in some reviews, but going there is your decision - it does not affect the location of this hotel (they're a fee street away).

Very helpful staff. Meals were good. Even with the lively street that they are on, I slept well.

No frills budget hotel. Cheap but clean and friendly staff. Got a room with no windows which turned out to be a blessing because of all the noisy pubs nearby. There is a safe and small fridge inside the room. Breakfast was decent with omelet, toast, juice and tea or coffee. Many dining options and convenience stores nearby.
