Near the riverside and a lot of food choices.
Not much to say, it was a rare perfect hospitality experience. I will also support your Siam Reap property, you've get a very good concept.

The building felt quite compact and communal areas were smaller than other Onederz that I have stayed in.
Location: By the riverside, a lively (though somewhat seedy) bar area part of the city. Lots of food options around. Felt safe enough.
Room: I got a private room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Don't leave any food wrappers in the trash or you will get ants in the room.
Pool/bar: lots of sunbeds, so it's easy to get a spot. Food and drink was reasonably priced and tasty.
Staff: Very friendly.
Activities: didn't try the paid activities, but a free Khmer language class was offered on the day I visited, which was interesting.
