Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

The room size listed on Trip.com was very different from reality. The website stated 45 square feet, but it was actually only about half of that. The personal is very nice and helpful. The Room was very clean but the TV didn’t work and although it looks very nice the Light switch fell of the wall. For a weekend stay it’s very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than 2-3 days at a time because the AC is kind of loud when it cools down the room.
