Drilling noise at 9 am. One of the staff entered my room without permission and stole my money. I asked them to check the cameras and they did but they refused to connect me with the manager of the hotel. Room amenities are so old. You have to pay 5 bucks extra just to use the AC otherwise you will have to use a very noisy fan. Other than that everything was fine! The room was clean and location...

Nice hotel on a really good location. Walls are not that big so it can get a buit noucy but the people are really helpful. There is a pool . haven't tried it jet but it looks beautiful.

Very strategic place, easy to access old market and pub street… very near, walking distance. Hotel is decent and budget friendly… just the shower gate is not working properly and water splashing unevenly. Otherwise all good. They even arranged us airport transfer.

The location is quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff are also happy to help. The facilities are a bit lacking, and there's no elevator.

We stayed here for a week on April 2025 and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, with a ceiling fan that did a great job keeping us cool. It’s my second time at the Rambutan I just love it, it feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious and super elegant. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful and look happy to be at work. The food is really good too, and breakfast is served till noon which is amazing.

One of the best sanctuary resort in Phnom Penh with the greenery inside and lovely saltwater swimming pool. Room is unique and cozy. No windows at all, it felt really stuffy! The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was a strong smoke smell coming from outside.

The shower would not properly turn off, and we told management about it. Nothing was done, and we stayed in the same room for both nights. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise both in the morning and at night, especially because some members of staff would listen to their music or videos with the sound on and loud.

The Oasis Harbor is wonderful. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, an easy 15 minute walk to the river and the busy side. The staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool is quiet and a beautiful place to relax after a trip to the temples. Highly recommend, will definitely return.

The room was comfortable, we did have a river view but be aware this is not located on the riverfront. The hotel is amongst the main nightlifearea. The advertised pool & roof bar were closed. Breakfast was very slow to arrive and wasn’t very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful however.

The staff are helpful and welcoming. This property feels more like an apartment complex with open exterior. Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Aeon is about a 10 minute Grab ride away. The mattress is hard. The bedding is fresh. The shower console didn't turn on therefore the water was tepid.

The room was really spacious and well-equipped. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's close to Aeon Mall. The front desk staff were very friendly, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus for chilling drinks and fruit.

There are 2 swimming pools and the view is really good. I like it. Room is also fine but under the bed is dusty and clean (the bed is higher which we can see the space under it.) Service is also good but I don't much like about it. Why? Because I didn't hang notice tag on the door to clean it but instead, they come and clean. They also throw out the big plastic bags that I used to pack my baby's stuff

I can not express how elated we were to find this place. It was a wonderful welcome with all of the staff at the front door.  The hospitality at this place outpaces western hospitality 10 fold.  Smiling faces. A relaxed atmosphere. We had a wonderful three nights at Khmer House Resort. The resort is stunning. There are two pools and they are both surrounded by greenery, lots of flowers as well. The staff is extremely kind and attentive and everything was arranged perfectly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap and looking for a relaxing stay.

Great breakfast considering 20a night. Quiet spot with nice pool, & big rooms w/ maid service. Cons- 15 minute walking to pub st($2 tuktuk), and no lift just stairs. Honestly didn't even bother me. Other than that great value. Best value in s.r, probably not but you're not gonna find something cheaper that's as clean, with the same amenities AND w/ free breakfast.

I stayed there 4 nights. Every night it was nice and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked great. The staff were great too The bad parts were not that bad. The first negative part is that the room had a nice looking bathtub. For its price, this hotel is super. Our apartment didn't have a single TV. The breakfasts were delicious. I rated cleanliness a 4 only because of what I'd call wear and tear on some room features – the window didn't close well, and the lock on the stained-glass door was also faulty. However, the pool is excellent. It's about a 5-7 minute tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street, costing around 1.2 dollars one way...

The apartment was well laid out. Excellent customer service & facilities. The old market isn’t within walking distance & a Tuktuk ride to it cost 8000 riel (2USD). This is a good hotel. I stay here often. If you are going here for work, then make sure that you wifi is good before you settle. This time I stayed in room 301, and the wifi was almost non-existent. Good location, can walk to the riverside. Opposite a school, so get some school sounds. Make sure that you have your passport and visa.

The services are pretty good, my previous room had a problem and the officer changed the room immediately. The receptionists are friendly and helpful BUT... I found condom pack (already used) in the bed table's drawer!!! So dirty and unacceptable! Hope thwe hotel manager will improve and insist firmly housekeepers to make sure in every part of the room.

One of the best hotel for your money. Excellent location big rooms that has everything you need great firm beds great shower new good quality towel and good WiFi breakfast has everything and you can ask your own omelette. Maisons Wat Kor is a beautiful oasis to rest and relax whilst in Battambang. We were so impressed with the ethos of this hotel which choses to use recycled materials and solar power. Our room was so, so spacious with an enormous bed, air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans. It was lovely to have a dressing table area, and an excellent bathroom with a really, great rain shower. Excellent hotel where we stayed for a couple of nights and wished we had booked to stay longer. The hotel is in beautiful grounds and everything is done to make the whole environment attractive. It was absolutely wonderful to return to Won Residence. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are all very personable and helpful. I also booked tours through them and they were great. We were very well taken care of. Certainly the best boutique hotel to stay in Siem Reap. Will be back to stay the next time I am in Cambodia.
