We had a wonderful stay. We had to change the first room that we got as it was too loud. The second room we got facing the pool on the 3rd floor was amazing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful with our issue. The swimming pool is great especially in the night time. Breakfast has good options. The only suggestion is to add more coffee stations. 😉 Thank you for our good times in Siem Reap 🙏🏻

Absolutely great hotel amazing service only complaint is that the cocktails are externally overpriced for Cambodia.

Do not expect steam and sauna as it didn’t work “women rooms” even though steam room in a men room as well. They should check it regularly!! It is a bit sad because we could not use it during our stay.

We 2 familiies stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Jan 26. The property is good and great value for money. Breakfast was decent for pure Indian Vegeterians like us. Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

Superb stay at Raffles. The staff were excellent, particularly those in the Elephant Bar who arranged our gin experience and cocktails. Pool area was also very relaxing.

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. Great atmosphere and wonderfull staff but there was a strange man wondering around the lobby in his boxers looking at his phone with what appeared to be a 12 year old boy. I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.

Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. Very attentive staff. I stayed a week. And would go back to stay again. The hotel is located centrally and the front guest upgraded my room for this stay. The room is spacious, with full equip of amenities, bed is comfy and sofe bed is nice. Breakfast is decent in term of taste and spread. The only improvement will be the gym and laundry facilities.

The midnight snack noodles was a really nice touch with Khmer and Chinese options. With free washing machines available, it makes the hotel a solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit.
