Very quiet. Have a net above the beds which was very convenient to avoid mosquitoes biting me at night and waking up again again (which often happened at most hotels I’ve stayed in the past in Siem Reap)

The environment and facilities are very simple, the bed sheets and quilt covers are obviously stained, and they were not changed once during the five days and four nights I stayed there. The breakfast was good.

Booked the room through Trip.com app, precising we will do a late check-in. When ae arroved, people seemed not aware or our booking and rushed to prepare a room which was not what we booked. We had a great time renting canoes and single-person boats. There were also hammocks, which really helped us enjoy Cambodia to the fullest. The price was reasonable, and breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

great to be back. All seem the same in a positive way- breakfast, gorgeous fresh flowers, swimming pool & sauna and most of all, the service. Will come back for sure. Though some construction around the area, it didn't bother me as i was drinking my rose the whole stay.

The bathroom drain seems to be oddly placed inside the shower stall, rather than between the bathtub and the sink where it should be. On top of that, the floor isn't sloped correctly, so the water doesn't drain at all.

on the way to check in the receptionist guy don’t even want to talk to me and just using phone . when i was in my room about to check out the cleaner just open my room and it just 10 am in the morning . there a lot of noise in the morning around 9-10am from cleaner if u are a woman and easy to feel uncomfortable i wouldn’t recommend this

This room is big and clean , bed is comfortable 😀, not not so special because breakfast so limited. And staff looks not standard up to hotel feature. Pool very big, deep and very nice, it just next to the see and it located in the park of the hotel.

The staff is wonderful. The room is excellent. However, upon arrival, we thought the air conditioning wasn't working at all; it was hot. It turns out you need to give it a decent amount of time to start cooling properly. Breakfast is a la carte: European, American, Asian, and "light." The portions are generous. The pool, however, isn't large, but it's clean and deep.

Rather average breakfast and, incredibly, for a hotel of this quality and price, in a country full of delicious fruit, they serve horrible sweetened supermarket juice (rather an insult to their customers and their wallets!)

Okay place, pretty quiet. It's next to many travel bus. They refused to honor my Agoda price and down graded me after booking. Was unprofessional and lame.

The air conditioner in my room struggled and the room was nothing to write home about. That said, it was pretty clean and safe. The night desk guy even told me to bring my motorcycle into the lobby for the night for security. That was pretty awesome of him.

Everyone has their own price point and level of comfort. We stayed in the family bungalow, if you enjoy rustic accommodation and the feeling of the breeze between the floorboards this place is for you. As a family it did not suit our needs. The bathrooms were in need of some TLC and the pool was murky. We felt it was more a 2 star resort due to the accommodation standard in the family bungalow.

I’m super happy with my stay. I specifically searched for a hotel with gym amenity, but unfortunately when I arrived the staff told me it was closed. So, I had to look one in the city. Additionally, they didn’t clean the room every day.

Nice, clean basic room with a nice cheap roof top bar and small pool. Stayed here for 10 days and couldn't fault the place. Had a broken fridge when I arrived, was replaced as soon as I told the staff. Fast wifi and friendly staff. There were no bed bugs as previous reviews have mentioned.

The sea view villa is really great value. The room is large, clean and tidy. The glass floor-to-ceiling windows allow us to lie on the bed and enjoy the sea view. It is very comfortable.
