Nice hotel near Chinese food restaurant
I was satisfied. Price/performance ratio 100%. Thank you.
The personal is very nice and helpful. The Room was very clean but the TV didn’t work and although it looks very nice the Light switch fell of the wall. For a weekend stay it’s very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than 2-3 days at a time because the AC is kind of loud when it cools down the room.
near aeon ,near bassac street ,near boneless chicken rice
Too many Chinese staying who thinks they are God.But they are actually wow wow

The room got the lemongrass very strong some ppl don’t like it. Other than that is ok . Value for money
The hotel is in a very accessible location and within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and the main street, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself was also clean and comfortable. The only downside during my stay was the view from the room. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a view as my room was facing another building’s lift lobby and car park. Because of this...
Front & maid service is good & mild Breakfast is good. 7/11 is 300 meters away.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always a wonderful experience, including this time. Not only are the friendly staff wonderful, but the cleanliness and breakfast are also perfect! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Phnom Penh!!
Good place to stay, should choose the room in the corner as the other room will be quite small. Btw the bed is comfy

It's not bad, but the door lock is a bit old.
Boutique Hotel staffs are very nice. Love breakfast food .
We stayed three nights at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good, and the pool is exceptionally beautiful. But the absolute highlight is the staff — they give the hotel its soul and make guests feel truly special. From check-in to assistance with currency exchange and booking excursions, the warm-hearted staff were always very helpful. We would especially like to mention...
The hotel was about 15 minutes from Siem Reap centre. The hotel had tuk tuks for hire so travelling into Siem Reap was not an issue. The location meant it was very peaceful.  The shower pressure was low, hence the score of 4.  The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for those wishing to be away from the hustle of the city centre.  Our suite of rooms was perfect. Comfy...

used to be here back in 2015. As far as I remember, everything was satisfied. Room was clean, staffs were friendly, serving typical asian dishes for breakfast.
It is not only the nicest hotel I even stayed but it is enjoyable stay for family trip
I would recommend you all to stay at this hotel, it is very super cleanliness and service is very good. My kids like swimming pool, they enjoy the swimming so much! You should try it if you visit Angkorwat, Siem Reap.
Manager is excellent. Banh is the best door man. Facility is great and staff is nice. Central location
Hotel is clean and nice decoration hotel. Staff is friendly while i ask information about tour around angkor wat. Overall good experience there
Hotel looked impressively from the lobby, but that’s where it ended. Rooms are very dated and in need of upgrading, AC takes forever to cool the rooms. Only two sockets available for a twin room, also very difficult to work with if you’re using an international adapter. Phone doesn’t work so you need to go downstairs to reception if you have any questions or requests. Shower door has a gap on the...

We visited Templation for 4 nights in Siem Reap. The location was about 5 minutes from the downtown area by tuk tuk. This ended up being perfect for us. It was close to the temples, quiet, and the rides into town were cheap and plentiful. The resort itself is a haven. The architecture, landscape, and design are exceptional. It felt as if you were alone in the resort when in your room. We booked...
The private pool villa is absolutely amazing, offering great privacy and excellent value for money. The breakfast is also very good.
Everything was fine except a bit hard to understand and explain… misunderstanding for a change of room coz my friend was sick cost me an arm and a leg which was not expected.  Trip.com is also a bit vague in description of rooms location room descriptions etc. Trip.com should specify what buyer to expect as it’s all “first Timers and foreign” for me.
Best Hotel, Ever!!!!! We spent 8 nights at Templation Hotel, and the entire stay was just magical. The hotel is really quiet and laid back, with charming, super helpful staff that are very considerate and kind in every way. Our villa had 2 rooms and our own private swimming pool. Each room had its own outdoor bathroom, which was so refreshing! I loved taking shower outside. We ate at many restaurants...
What can I say. This is a real gem, hidden away in Siem Reap. It’s a fantastic little hotel, really beautifully done with lovely rooms. We had a twin room, which has a lovely pool for after a day walking round the ruins. Breakfast and other food was amazing. Really high quality and a good selection. Unlike most hotels, its mainly off a menu rather than a buffet, which makes sense for a small boutique...
We had a lovely stay in one of the Jungaloo's! The small private pool was very nice, as was the bed and pillows (so soft!). The gentle sounds of nature and monks was audible through the walls but was quite pleasant to hear. The food was amazing! Room service impeccable, though a little bit confusing what to do with the food when you're done. They brought us small treats every evening for New Year....

All staffs are excellent service mind. I’ve been here my business trip in Phnom Penh. Location is perfect. Hotel is absolutely clean. Only a thing for this trip is a breakfast time that no any staff to mind the manners on a group of Lady talk so loud and noisy without ***** manner.
This hotel good for every side Clam and clean locations is very good Near lots off food shop and super shop Very easy to going riverside and nightlife area Aeon mall 2 km fare way
Good hotel, amazing staff, decent breakfast choices, ok ok swimming pool and jaccuzi is a plus. Location wise it’s alright - everything is 1$ - 2$ tuk tuk away.
The breakfast with good quality. The room is not so new but clean.
Phnom Penh's HM Grand Central Hotel is highly rated for its amazing staff, clean rooms, great rooftop pool, and outstanding value. A modern, strong choice.

Excellent pricepoint for an upscale facility. The property needs an overhaul; but we were still quite comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very helpful. Pool is clean.
I highly recommend staying here. The staff are exceptional at the front desk, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, the restaurant is great, and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is well cleaned and decorated very nicely. I wish I had spent more time there!
Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.
It's not big hotel, but it's very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, with nice stuff. Air condition in the rooms works very good. If you need quite large room, comfort, and silence you will find it in this hotel. Another thing is hotel service. People who work there, are very, very nice. They are very helpful and hospitable!! It was very nice to stay there!

The hotel is very nice, located in the city center, and very clean and hygienic. There are many restaurants nearby.
The location is impeccable. The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street. Excellent service, good breakfast, so so dinner
The hotel was amazing with beautiful interiors and setting. The rooms were good and service was excellent. Food also very good
We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly. The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter. But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again.
WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.
Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.
Thanks to the team for the truly wonderful stay at Phum Baitang. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special! The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty and calm of Cambodia. We’re incredibly grateful for the special care shown throughout our stay. 💚
The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.
The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.
Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

Room cleaned but has smell, location best
The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.
2nd time staying at this hotel and once again very happy with the stay. The location is perfect with Pub Street right around the corner but also very quiet from the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. Highly recommended.
It is walking distance from pub street. Hotel is good. But they have two buildings. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. I was in other building. That was the only negative point. Staff is cooperative. Good worth for money
The hotel is very clean, spacious and staff is accomodating and friendly. The location is also near to everything! Would definitely stay here again.

The whole hotel is like a resort, in the suburbs, quiet and original. If you like shopping and lively, choose it carefully. The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in. It was good to stay for 2 nights.
Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off. The bedding in the room was old, but the hygiene was decent. It was noisy outside, so I needed earplugs to sleep. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, and the open-air area was bright and sunny.
This is my go to hotel in Phnom Phen and I have stayed many times. The staff are attentive and the rooms are very satisfactory. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are both wonderful
It was an incredibly nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good. They offered a buffet breakfast, and we were also served either pho or fried rice individually. I highly recommend this hotel.
