I stayed in this Hotel about 20 times since the Covid pandemic. The rooms as well as the Hotel have a unique design and the atmosphere is luxury and quiet. All the Hotel is undergoing permanent maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay here feels like stay with family.
Best choice in this area to me.
We stayed at the White mansion Boutique Hotel in Kampot in February for 5 days. Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel has a good location - easily walkable to the major sites. Highly recommended!
I can highly recommend this hotel! I spent six months in Cambodia for work and regularly stayed in Phnom Penh on the weekends. Every time, I booked the White Mansion Hotel. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive. You feel welcome from the very first second and they remembered me every time! The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. In addition, the hotel is very...
White Mansion Boutique Hotel is a memorable place to stay in Phnom Penh - not just for the comfort and service, but for the sense of history you feel the moment you walk in. This building has deep roots in Cambodia’s past, and knowing it was once used as the U.S. ambassador’s residence during the troubled 1970s adds a powerful meaning to the experience.
The mansion’s character has been beautifully...
An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Phnom Penh.
Our 2-night stay at The White Mansion Boutique Hotel – Phnom Penh was nothing short of outstanding. If there were a 6-star option on Google, this hotel would easily deserve it.
The location is superb and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From here, it’s easy to access the impressive Techo International Airport, the fairly new and fascinating...
I asked for a monitor with hdmi cable and they provided it. Taking the trouble to move it from their other property across town . This is the second time they did this for me.
Also got customised service at the restaurant/bakery
Nice experience so far!

I booked the hotel for someone else, and they had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for visitors looking for comfortable accommodation
This is a cheap hotel with a nice location, but the public areas were dusty and poorly maintained. It does have a swimming pool; however, the staff are friendly to us.
The best location, the room is ok but the bathroom smell like something from the drains.
The staff are young and friendly.
If you come for a short time and want to explore more this hotel location is suitable for you !
Location of the hotel is really great, right near the market and pub street. So, if going out is the goal then this is a great option with rooftop access and swimming pool. Staff were very friendly as well. Room was not clean however, especially the bathroom which was not cleaned in some time by the looks of it.
Too old hotel. Everything very old
It's popular for foreigners. Parking space may be available for 5 or 6 cars... It's near the local market. No breakfast included, the room fee may vary. My room is 20$ per night

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great location
The location and pool are great, everything else falls slightly below expectations. The tub and shower curtain looked dirty and
moldy. My beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the blanket on the bed looked absolutely disgusting. I personally removed it. The light switches on the night side tables didn’t work in my room. AC worked well, staff and breakfast were decent but overall the rooms...
We were very impressed with the hotel and the facilities. The reception staff were wonderful and we were greeted with welcoming smiles each day. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a pleasant and comfortable one. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The pool was very good.
Nice quiet hotel with lovely pool area and really close to markets/restaurants etc. Breakfast really good too. Only downside is very hard beds!
This hotel makes me feel very good. Every hotel staff I met is very polite. Whether it is the front desk staff, security staff, or room service staff, they are all very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very quiet. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is close to the city center. A lovely and quiet hotel in a central location. Staff helpful and rooms very clean.

The hotel is tired. It's clear it was beautiful a few years ago—the atmosphere is still there, but the rooms haven't been updated.
Cons: The furniture and windows are old. One room had a very strong moldy smell. The air conditioning didn't work in another.
Pros: The staff did everything they could to ensure our comfort, and they even replaced the smelly room.
A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms.
The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Turns out my husband and I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago! It was lovely to relive those memories. This time, we came with our family and stayed in connecting rooms. It was clean and had everything we needed: bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The cocktail prices were very reasonable, and we even caught a 'buy two, get one free' offer! It's close to the center; we zipped to the main street on...
The location is a bit out of the way and not easy to find 😁
The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool below. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a city view. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and although there was no elevator, they were willing to make repeated trips to help deliver things.
1. The price of a double room, the superior location/considerate service, it is worth recommending!
2. You can't complain about the breakfast being a 1set set or the hygiene. You can't use the star standard to rate the segment. When you give a bad review, please compare whether your ¥ is proportional!
3. The hotel's additional supporting paid services, such as the price of the chartered car for the...

I will say the room we got was spacious with a window and balcony that invites plenty of natural light in! The room itself and shower especially was spacious but the toilet room is pretty small. We had a great 4 nights stay in this hotel. The room was very well soundproofed and very spacious.
Breakfast was delicious.
Swimming pool was appreciated l but I think they put chemical treatment at night without putting a sign to notify guests…
Food is overpriced, so we never ate at the restaurant.
Location was very good, in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from pub street.
Nice hotel, clean, delicious breakfasts. Close to the bar area. I recommend it.
The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & SPA is excellent and offers extraordinary value for money, thanks to its facilities and friendly staff.
The hotel has a great restaurant serving Cambodian and Western cuisine, and its location is excellent, close to the city center.
The hotel's pool and bar are great for relaxing.
Very good. Stayed for 6 more days. . Thumbs up 👍
The room and location is great, and only few staffs were helpful and friendly. Not really satisfied with the receptionists when I checked in, not really giving a welcoming vibe, but the staffs during breakfast were really friendly, enjoyed my stay and the breakfast.

Good service and good food plus excellent environment
I really loved this hotel, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cold enough, even after we asked the staff to fix it and tried changing rooms. Aside from that, everything else was lovely.
I stayed here for 7 nights, and the location is absolutely fantastic – it’s quiet but still close to everything. The main road is just a one-minute walk away, and Pub Street is only a 10-minute stroll. Plus, there's a laundromat right across the street, which is super convenient!
As a breastfeeding mom who needed to frequently store breast milk and transport ice packs during my trip, I must extend...
Very close to the bar street, super convenient for dining and spa. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and at 300 a night during the Chinese New Year, it was really good value for money. Aside from the bar being a bit noisy at night, everything else was great.
Highly recommended, good location, clean and delicious breakfast and the staff very friendly
A good sized room that was clean and the pool area was very relaxing.
The bed was really hard, which the staff then came to provide an additional mattress topper to improve – made it better but was still pretty firm.
There was parking outside with security over night, which was great to park the tuktuk we had rented to drive.
The breakfast was limited compared to other places we stayed on our trip...

The staff are wonderful and the room was clean. Please be advised that the adjacent shopping mall's loudspeakers arw definitely most audible from inside the room. The imcessant jackhammering from the construction beneath the room was a secondary concern, but...
I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.
Hotel and facilities are great. The stuff very friendly and helpful Breakfest with different choices.
The place itself is a little bit far from the river, but tuktuks are everywear 😀
We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.
Nice location for a business travel(city centre), worth of experience
The hotel was “okay” for the price is a little expensive since is a little old and the mall where it is located is empty there’s not many food options around but good thing is that the breakfast is super good

Very nice place especially the hotel owner very friendly; kind. Staff provide the very warm welcome and supportful. I truely recommended price is very acceptable and affordable.
The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay. The worst thing was that the shower drain was clogged and no one cleaned it, so water quickly accumulated in the room. You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping...
A neat, clean, safe, and quiet hotel. Attentive, English-speaking staff. Good housekeeping, a clean pool, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!
Hotel didn’t look like pictures, breakfast was minimal, no buffet. When I arrived my fridge wasn’t plugged in, no hot water, no tv full stop (apparently government cut off the aerial )! Fridge and hot water was fixed within half an hour …. What the hotel lacked in luxury was made up for by guest services, very very helpful and very friendly , especially the manager and the lady on the front desk
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom. Other than that we 100% recommend and would come again all thanks to the staff.

I like the pool but it doesn't look like the photo. It was a nice hotel good people nice cleaners. As soon as we walked into our room we sighted black mold along the skirting boards and shower curtain.
Sky bar with very beautiful view.
No breakfast.
Staff smiling.
Very Big swimming pool (cold for me) without natural light, no towel there.
Hot water in the shower.
Little noisy at night.
Light outside on the balcony can't be turned off so we had to keep the blinds shut which is a shame as the view from the bed would have been great.
Furnishings are gaudy. Hotel could do with some maintenance. Beds were uncomfortable.
Rooms were clean. Walking distance to restaurants.
Comfortable for one nights stay before heading elsewhere.
It was okay for the price it could be undated a bit, could get a hotel similar for less money close buy.
The room is good enough. The service is good. It is located along the east side of sangke river in battambang province. The price acceptable and competitive.
