Excellent breakfast by the pool.
Very comfortable room. Quiet air conditioning. Very elegant ground floor lounge.
Beautiful swimming pool with lights until late in the evening.
Classy hotel is a great space to stay in Battambang. I came here for a one night stay and I could do so much in just one night. There’s a big swimming pool, gym, massage and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was spacious and the room was like staying in the 90s. I really recommend this hotel if you’re going to Battambang.
What a hidden gem. An absolutely amazing hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, pool and bar, roof top dining and a viewing deck even higher all with bar service. Prices are great and of course the mighty US$ is the currency of choice.
Big rooms, spacious and impeccable clean, attentive staff who know their jobs and perform them to perfection.
Saturday 11th October 2025:
Great hotel, staff and food.
Really good breakfast selection. We only had two days here before setting off for Phnom Penh but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Some great places to visit nearby. You can walk along the Sangker River, we went from Sor Kheng Bridge to Hun Seng Bridge. Interesting views along the way.
Doing the same walk after dark is completely different again,...
Stayed for one night after a long business trip to Battambang. The reception was warm and check-in was a breeze. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor facing the main street, offering a nice view of the town’s skyline and the lively local scene at night.
The room was spacious and furnished with classic wooden furniture — slightly aged but well maintained. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a good...
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The whole city is very quiet. This hotel is right by the river, and its swimming pool is also very good. It is a good choice for business trips or family trips.

This stay was a terrible experience. The hotel service was perfunctory, and they were slow and unresponsive when problems arose. Communication was inefficient, and the overall experience was very poor. The environment was unpleasant; the water was smelly, the air conditioning was outdated, and the swimming pool was unclean.
I booked three nights, and the first night was very unpleasant, so I requested...
It was our second time returning to Navutu for a holiday stay and it was just as good as the first time. The service there is so accommodating and the rooms are extremely big. Our room had a bath and a long en-suite bathroom and shower and all of the rooms are designed to feel like you are immersed in nature while still enjoying complete privacy. The breakfast menu is extensive with Asian and western...
Navutu is absolutely beautiful! The staff are terrific. Breakfasts are excellent and we had a few dinners there as well which were also excellent. Rooms are spacious. My massage and facial were wonderful. I can’t think of any more superlatives. Highly recommend for any Siem Reap visit
This hotel is clean friendly and well appointed We used the spa, which was excellent and ate in the restaurant on several occasions , the food was good Overall a lovely place to relax while visiting the area

Spencer Tracy once said when I die, I want to go to Claridges. I kinda feel that way about this lovely, small hotel. It isn't over-the-top luxurious, but rather warm and super comfortable with the little things that make you feel very well taken care of. The rooms are very large and resort like. The pools are beautiful and the service. at the bar and restaurant is friendly. Happy hour from ...

Really nice, but a bit out dated. But room was okay no balcony.
Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
Sometimes there's no hot water in the room, and you have to wait a long time for it to come back on. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and for the price, it offers great value for money. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection is limited and not worth the $10 price tag.
The staff were really good and hospitality service.
The location was pretty convenient which is in the BKK busy area.
The room was great, and it was very clean! The service was also excellent.
Excellent location in town. Comfy mattress and pillow. Great value.

This has been a truly wonderful and memorable time for us, and it is entirely thanks to the incredible people who make this place what it is. We leave with full hearts and the hope to return again s We were especially impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the island, which speaks volumes about the pride and dedication you all bring to your work. It was also deeply appreciated to see the...
What an amazing place to stay. My partner and I have stayed all over the world in a number of different high-end accommodation resorts, including five different ones in the Maldives, and they don't even come close to the incredible stay that we had at Song Saa. We stayed for six nights, which was not enough; we would have loved to have stayed for longer. It was actually a really, really sad goodbye...
Great experience in this sustainable private island. Service and food were top notch! Best place to celebrate your special moments!
I had the pleasure of spending a week on Song Saa Private Island in January with a group of friends, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the island’s stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere, it was the genuine hospitality and consummate professionalism of the entire team and management that truly distinguished our stay. The cuisine was exceptional—fresh, refined, and...
An absolutely stunning experience from beginning to end—easily one of the most incredible places to stay anywhere in the world. It’s honestly difficult to put into words; it’s the kind of place you simply have to experience for yourself. The breakfast and overall food were outstanding, and every detail made the stay feel special. We can’t wait to come back!
My wife and I recently spent four nights at this incredible resort, and from the moment we were warmly greeted on the boat jetty by waving staff to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary, and the team went out of their way to make the occasion truly special. On arrival, our bed was beautifully decorated with a floral...
The hotel and room were good. It is a good detail to have a balcony for smoking on every floor. It was said that the terrace in the pictures was completely closed. I didn't experience anything negative.
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Yunfan Hotel. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much
Reasonable Price, Clean And Tidy Room, Highly Recommended 👍

Perfect hotel, beautifully decorated, and impeccable service. The bedding was incredible, and the pool was magnificent. Absolutely faultless!
Nice breakfast with good view rooftop. Amazing infinity pool with urban view.
Always at this hotel when in Phnom Penh!!
Best place
Penh House hotel is extremely clean, lux, big bright airy rooms with balcony, an unforgettable rooftop pool with awesome view. Hotel also has a small gym with squat rack, dumbbells and treadmills. Breakfast was super tasty, staff very friendly and attentive. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions, bars, nightlife.
It was a very nice experience and the hotel is close to the palace. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was so goood. The pool was great and the overall ambiance of the place was so calm and peaceful. The pool was super great.
Located in a nice area between the river and the Independence Monument. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel is clean and beautiful. All the staff were friendly and the service was great. The breakfast was plentiful and the rooftop pool was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Honey moon package for couples. It includes 60min. body massage but the massage was not good at all.
Breakfast is nice but restaurant staff should be trained. Overall rating is fair.
Very Accomodating
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast
Great little hotel on edge of town. Quiet and tranquil… rooms clean either good beds and showers, what make place is the service from check in to check out Anita looked after us superbly. Massages are great and with a la carte break and free tuk tuk I to town it’s all you need.
Great room, superb territory with tons of plants. Nice location not so far from pub street, but in a more calm district
Mane History Lovers is a delightful gem of a hotel a bit outside of the city center. The hotel is decorated with Cambodian artifacts. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is good, especially the generous a la carte breakfasts. Best of all, guests enjoy the assistance of a personal guest services coordinator. Ours, Pi Sey, proved charming, helpful, and gracious. The hotel boasts a nice swimming...
This is my 2nd visit to Phnom Penh over a 1 year period and CCC just gets better with every visit.
The place exudes calmness and serenity.Cleanliness and service is above par.The clubhouse serves an array of delicious food including a great breakfast.
Will definitely make CCC our choice whenever we visit Phnom Penh
The clerks at the reception desk and health club are very helpful. Rathana, the manager is on top of everything and always ready for help.
On Feb 22, I had to take off to airport at 8:00 am. I went to the restaurant and asked for my breakfast packed. But they refused and said the coupon is for dinning only. I asked him to talk to their manager and he also refused. Very bad experience.
staff of hotel are nice and polite.
Room is clean.
Hotel nearby old airport district and nearby main road, convenience to arrange transportation.
Good selection of breakfast menu
Place was a bit old but the quietness is really good if you are looking to distress

This hotel was our stopover in Phnom Penh for one night, and although our stay was short, we were very satisfied. Firstly, the hotel is located on a higher floor, offering an excellent view of the confluence of Phnom Penh's three rivers, ensuring we enjoyed a beautiful cityscape. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located, with all major attractions in Phnom Penh easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Additionally...
The window view is really nice, also I like staff, they are all very friendly. But for me there are a lot of disadvantages, the main are dirt in the room, bad smell in toilet (from food), and a lot of flying insects. The hotel is located in china district and in the 28th floor.
This is nice comfy and amazing hotel!!!!! breakfast is serve in your bed, the bed ? do i have to say how soft and comfortable like your in a cloud and the staff ? they upgraded us to river view suit likeeee so sulit, and its not the expensive ha ? the value is equating to quality service and comfort!!
It was a nice experience with this hotel. I stayed here several times because of the design of the room and nice service. My only problem is about the smell of cigarettes. Since we stayed as the family with kids, it was not so pleasant for them to stay with the smell of cigarette. And I just found out that almost 90% of the rooms have the smell of cigarettes, we tried to change the rooms so many times...
The scenery and environment are both excellent! Highly recommended.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
It’s a bit quiet around the area, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.
Good location and good facilities.
The only thing I'm not happy about is that the water wasn't hot.
Great service. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Would return
I enjoy the stay there. The room is huge, clean and modern. Good for spending sometime just around 20-30mins drive out of town n relax.
The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat....

I can not express how elated we were to find this place. It was a wonderful welcome with all of the staff at the front door.

Khmer House Resort is very clean and comfortable. The location is superb; slightly away from the busier areas so it is quiet and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is elegant and high-quality, with very comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was also enjoyable. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the free tuk-tuk service makes it easy to get around.

I had a 12 day stay .. relaxing pools ( I prefer the salt water pool ) Great little restaurant very good food and staff. All staff I encountered were polite and professional… Laundry service also very good.
Best quality vs price you will find for your Stay in Siem Reap. Huge clean rooms, perfect bathrooms, but mainly the two beautiful pools. We stayed 5 nights, perfect for relaxing and recharging after few weeks of tiring travel in Asia. Staff is just so welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommend
We had a wonderful three nights at Khmer House Resort. The resort is stunning. There are two pools and they are both surrounded by greenery, lots of flowers as well.

Great hotel, located centrally to the markets, Pub Street, Old French Quarter & Wat Bo. Plenty of restaurants & shops are located in the area. Stayed in a hotel room rather than a villa. We spent 3 weeks in Cambodia. After careful research we booked our own hotels and traveled independently. Most of our choices were great. Sadly our first option in Siem Reap let us down. Cockroaches! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here; this little hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly with excellent English skills. The manager, Mr. Vanna, was more than kind and always helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and there was a small pool – what more could you want? The hotel has a good location, not far from the bar street, and several popular local restaurants nearby. The food is good, and I didn't get diarrhea.

I've been traveling around Asia for over two years and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The value for money is unbeatable and it has everything you could need. Spacious room, comfortable beds... The best thing is the wonderful staff, especially a slim, young woman with short hair who serves breakfast. She's absolutely lovely and helped me a lot. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently stayed at The Aviary Hotel in Siem Reap for 7 nights (Kingfisher Deluxe Room), and it was an overall exceptional experience.
Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Pub Street, local markets, and the riverfront. This made exploring the city easy without relying on Tuk Tuks for every trip.
Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers...
Near pubstreet, really good vibe.
A lovely, modern hotel with beautiful rooms. Due to a bit of a lull they upgraded us, which was lovely. Sadly we were disappointed in the subpar breakfast, for a 4-star hotel especially. Staff were very polite but clearly not comfortable enough with English to give us local recommendations, but did absolutely fine otherwise. Overall, a comfortable stay!
Really wanted to give this place 5 stars but there was just too many things going wrong. 2 pools and the bottom one was out. 2 lifts and only one ever worked. And sometimes none. Electricity kept going off. Having said that... Great location, rooms and service. Happy hour on the rooftop bar is great. I'd absolutely stay here again, hoping the small bugs don't happen again. As always in Cambodia if you’re not getting amazing friendly service you must be doing something wrong. As everywhere is amazing service and The Avery was no different. Absolutely wonderful stay. No complaints. The two pools are great and they clean the rooms twice a day. The cafe and bar also have great options and there is happy hour every day half off drinks

I would highly recommend. Location is perfect, staff very friendy and attentive. Room has everything you need and the bed and pillow are very comfortable.
Second time staying with Sensory. Not disappointed at all. Staff are wonderful and friendly. And the hotel is kept clean, except some hotel guests smoke at the corridor and left ashes on the floor, thus leaving the corridor with cigarette smell, though there are designated smoking area.

Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants. Room was spacious and clea. Breakfast is nice and they even packed for us when we were rushing to airport at 6am.
No complaints, amazing service all around, in particular Chang and driver Shinoun.
Visiting New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like uncovering a hidden gem—a refined urban garden retreat where contemporary Khmer design meets heartfelt hospitality. Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity.
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Mrs Sotheara always goes out of her way to help us in any way...

“The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there’s no solution provided for guests. The front desk informed me that the issue is due to too many users in the hotel. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”

The Hotel was pretty good in terms of comfort, I found the bed to be quite enjoyable to sleep on. They have a very nice pool to relax by and it was refreshing to go for a swim.
