We stayed in an excellent suite on the top floor, through a great deal from Trip. The room was a good size - not massive, but easy for 3 people (couple + child) to live comfortably. Location is great if you're looking for something near the waterfront. The fitness center (including full-length pool) is huge, and I believe people pay good money to use it as a private gym (which you get the benefit of for free). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Auberge Vancouver Hotel is a very nice hotel. The hotel is cool and has great facilities. It is so quiet and pleasant stay.

It’s location within a few mins walk to metro station Waterfront and cruise terminal Canada Place is excellent for those planning to visiting Vancouver and taking the Alaska cruise. They have a great pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The room is clean and spacious. We stayed in one bedroom (with two double beds) suite with dining table and a large couch. It was a very nice stay for us.

The hotel is just 3 minutes' walk from the Waterfront Station. There are a number of cafes nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful.

All the staff are kind and helpful, specially the staff at swimming pool area, they assist my daughter in washroom.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The location is good and close to city centre and the harbour. Nothing much to offer guests.

It was a nice stay at this hotel.
The room was specious and it had wonderful views.
I woke up with a beautiful sunrise.
Staffs were very friendly and professional.
What I don’t understand is hotels in western countries don’t have any inside slippers always…though.

The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk is helpful. It was however no good to have a stranger knocking on my door asking to check the smoke alarm in my room without prior notice from the hotel. I had let the unaccompanied stranger in at my own risk (single woman) which was bad.
Feedback to the uniform staff in the hotel and was told nothing can be done which is disappointing.
