Recently stayed at Pantages Hotel during a trip to Toronto. The men at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The check in and check out process was easy and my room was ready early.

The room was really spacious, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. I had a great stay and given the location, the price was very good. The only negative was the tv was outdated and didn't work very well, but other than that small detail, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel and nice location

The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy when it started up, but everything else was fine.

Overall a good hotel and would book there again. They don’t have smart tv’s in the room so was unable to stream Netflix or any of those. A microwave in the room would be handy too

Excellent location. Pet friendly hotel so you can hear barking sound. Great place to stay.

Amazing and friendly staff. Service was great but it was a pain having to ask for extra coffee pods/milk/sugar for the ensuite coffee machine.

Had the most lovely weekend experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond at every request I had in such a kind manner. The rooms were extremely clean and practical while being aesthetically pleasing. Cleaning staff was precise and ensured the bedding was made every day. Only inconvenient part was not having parking for the hotel itself, have to just part across the street or nearby so it was still very manageable. If you’re debating this hotel, I would say book it. I’m an extremely picky person and this place checked off everything I needed for the trip. Looking forward to staying here again.

I originally booked a room for 4 people with 2 double beds, but it was changed to 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. My back was very uncomfortable sleeping on it. They said it was an room upgrade, but it was actually a downgrade. My experience this time was really bad.

The BEST customer service we have ever had at a hotel. Pella at the front desk was amazing and she made our stay so easy and was super helpful. She is a gem!!! The location was perfect to get around downtown with the Eaton Center being a 2min walk away. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Toronto but here.

A hotel with a great location, but the furniture could use some renovation and the hallways need to be cleaned as there's a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

They aren't to clean when making your food. They will touch the cash then make your food without washing their hands.

What a great place! The food was absolutely incredible. I thought that this place had the best food in all of Canada. Unfortunately that wasn't saying much and it made me upset. Also everyone was a white person and as trigender dog-kin it made me me mad. They are all canadian and awful. Would go to again

Slow service here. Also bought loaded potato wedges and got a box that was less than half full and counted less than 10 wedges in it.

This Tim's is pretty good if you're a Ryerson student. Grabbing a cofee between classes is always pleasant! The downside of this place is that it's always crowded...

Great view of Yonge and Dundas and a great looking restaurant. Meal was underwhelming, food cost more than it was probably worth, small portions. The drink list seemed to have too many sweet cocktails.

Unprofessional waiter, overpriced, and mediocre food. The two of us went in around 5:15pm (when it was not busy), ordered everything at the beginning of our stay and food was still late. We had to wait a while for each course to be served. 30 minutes after finishing our main course, I asked if we could get our dessert. The waiter seemed like he felt attacked and gave us attitude about it being busy. But like I said we ordered everything when we got there. Two people asked us what we wanted for dessert yet it was wrong of us to ask where it was after not saying anything for the longest time. Not impressed. Do NOT go here.

The service is attentive and prompt. The food is amazing. I haven't been disappointed by anything on the menu even when bringing along picky eaters.
The place is divided into two areas; one for quiet dining and the other with tvs so you can pick your experience and you can actual hear people speaking to you without yelling.

Went here last Thursday because Jack Astor's got flooded. I am leaving two stars because I understand that service would be slow because they weren't expecting so many customers who had intended to go to Jack's. I ordered a veggie burger and my first bite included a hard object, resembling a pea-sized pebble, which I had to remove and discard in my napkin. It tasted of burnt rubber and sugar (was it red pepper jelly?). I later spoke to a friend who is a manager at a Milestones and she told me to never order the veggie burger because it's not a popular item so it's kind of sitting in the deep freezer for months and maybe even years untouched. I want to know that what I am ordering is going to be fresh, otherwise I would just go to a fast food place.

I was with my coworkers and didn't want to cause a scene in front of them so I just ate my fries. I couldn't really complain to the waitress because she kind of delivered our food and never came back again so I pretty much paid upwards of $20 for fries and an inedible burger. Never intended to go there in the first place and after this experience will never go back. I hope Jack Astor's never gets flooded again, and if they do, I will make my way to the food court instead - or go to Blaze Pizza.

Waited 15 minutes for a table on a Wednesday night at 645pm with multiple tables open it looked like. Hostess was a bit rude. Menus were disgusting, old and crusty like come on, get some new menus or try and clean them at the very least. The feeling continued when we sat down and both my wife and my water glass were dirty. Ended up getting sparking water bottle and luckily with clean glasses this time. Food was OK but my burger portion wise was quite small. My wife had a salad which was OK as well. The waiter was nice and seemed like he was trying his best but it was so slow to get our water bottle and our food. I can’t even imagine what it’s like on a busy night on the weekend. This restaurant was special to us as it was one of the first restaurant we went too almost 8 years ago when we met and we were sad to see how downhill this restaurant has become. Time for the manager to start caring about his restaurant again.

Food was ok not excellent and it doesnt justify the price. Overall we had a good time.

We went for a simple dinner before theater and loved the food; grilled octopus with white beans and grape tomatoes, SO flavourful. Then the C't Mang pizza (a 10) and the Quattro Stagioni pizzas. Both deliciously 'washed down' with a nice bottle of red...............we could have been in Italy in stead of Toronto! Highly recommended, we will go again.

If you think you are cool and want to impress people, well this is just the place for you. Not to mention if you don't care about what you're shoving into your mouth, well this is perfect for that too. I went with a group of friends and not one of us enjoyed our plates. The portion sizes are not well thought out - not to mention the flavors that make up the pasta dishes - awful, awful, awful - I had the dinner special for $22, a fettuccine dish with truffle oil and mushrooms, very tiny portion - the flavors clashed and I swear I was eating buttery pasta with dried mushrooms on top... I wouldn't waste my money here again - we left disappointed and unsatisfied and we ended up going to Beaty's on King St. for a few pints... it was that bad.
