The Shaw club hotel is a cute place to stay right in the heart of Niagara on the lake. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and the spaces are bright and welcoming. We were celebrating an anniversary and they left us a complementary bottle of wine, which was a really nice touch. We also had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious. The deluxe room was somewhat small and looked out on the dumpsters but it had a big jetted tub which was great. Overall had a great stay and would return.

We tried to make and reservation, but had some questions about the area and hotel.
The 1st person refused to answer any question before we made a reservation.
The 2nd call we made, if it was an actual person and not some AI voice, hung up on me.
If this is the service that i can expect from this hotel then it is safe to say I will never go there, or recommend to anyone.

Nice place, has all the amenities you’d need for a weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location. Plenty of parking.

The room was so clean and just beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The front staff was very friendly, kind and courteous. Everything was amazing and we are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Perfect place to enjoy the heart of Niagara on the lake. Walkable to everything in town and shuttle services to vineyards and restaurants outside of the historic district. Great room and ammenities abs free parking. Definitely recommend this place

Clean room, modern and up to date, staff is excellent. We had dins at Zees and it was very good, amazing waitstaff.

Best food so far in Niagara on the Lake!

Literally the MOST expensive and worst tasting pizza, salad and burgers we have ever eaten. A $ 75.00 bill for a tiny thin crust pizza( I've made better ones out of the box) with 1 olive cut up on it, Salad had 2 cherry tomatoes and NOTHING else on it. My daughter couldn't put enough ketchup on her 17.00 burger to mask the taste. NEVER AGAIN!!! Took 45 min to get food at least.

Went for breakfast. Eggs benny had 1 piece of meat that didn't cover half of the bread slice. Service was terrible.

My girlfriends and I were ready to be wowed, because the atmosphere and interior design were impecable. The water was served in about 20min after we sat down. The wine of our choice was mistaken for a more expensive one ( by 30$) and was served before water. When one of my friends asked for additional ice - the waiter's response was that the water was plenty cold already...
Food was great, but unfortunately the experience with the waiter tainted our experience.

Fine dining and fine food! We stayed at the Prince of Wales in the same building and this restaurant reflects the styling and atmosphere perfectly!
We were definitely NOT dressed for the occasion since we were just looking for somewhere to eat, but the service did not feel like it was hindered by our appearance!
They cooked our steaks wrong, and gave us very little issues and made 2 new plates.
Food was amazing and so was service, but the price reflects this.
I give it 9/10!

Friendly staff and food was delicious. Had the special of the day, Pork Schnitzel and fries. The sauce was good and there was not too much breading ok the pork. Also the fries was not bad, nothing special about it.
Portions are a bit big since they provide a lot of fries with the dish.
Would definitely recommend for others to try.

Went here to try the “best fish and chips in Niagara” so they stare inside. Well
It was fantastic, place is decorated with corks and is a nice pub where you can take the family out for lunch. It was clean and the wait staff was nice. We all ordered the fish and chips and it came hot and quick. Fish was a decent size and had a great crunch to it. The fish inside was white soft and fresh. The price was ok had some fresh cut fries too. Here is my meal and my daughters which was great too. Decent portions!

Nice front covered patio with views of historic Niagara on the Lake's main street. Food quality is mediocre at best. Greasy, poorly cooked, not much positive to say. Coffee was weak and bitter. Service was good and the local dark beer was nice. Stop by was a beverage but eat somewhere else.

We have visited a few places in the region and this place was fantastic. You have to try the crab cakes! We also ordered a grill chicken with our salads and it was above our expectations: smokey, juicy, and flavourful. Our Italian waitress was wonderful. She was fast and helpful with all our questions. Will return again when in the area.
