The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute drive from Union Station, which made check-in super convenient. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. I specifically booked a lake-view room this time, but next time I'd like to try a room facing a different direction. The service was also fantastic. After checking out, we went to Niagara Falls and were able to store our luggage at the hotel for a full 24 hours, completely free of charge. The bellman was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with our oversized bags.

There was a constant noise coming from the toilet that prevented us from getting any rest. Even though a technician came, he couldn't fix it. However, everything else was fine. We had a good stay!

Absolutely wonderful! We stayed there to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was perfect and the staff made our stay special with their friendly and helpful nature. The extras they provided for us just "wow" us. I cannot say enough good things.

I stayed here with my family when they were visiting Canada. The process of booking was very smooth and easy. The check in was also easy. They gave us all the instructions in advance and made sure everything was ready. We also got free coffee. The view from the building was amazing. We were close to downtown but it did not feel loud or noisy. It was a good balance of city and nature. We had the view of the water and the airport.

The hotel feels a bit aged, but it didn’t affect our overall stay. We had a lake-view room, which was beautiful and relaxing. The pool and gym were great additions, and the breakfast restaurant offered a variety of food options. Valet service was decent as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great venue in Toronto to experience live games on the big screen (s). Service is great and the food menu has some nice entrees as well. My only qualm is with the prices. Wish they were lower - for the food atleast. Otherwise great for a get together with sports loving friends and family members for big games

The most lively spot you could go to watch the game with good food and a huge drink menu. The food here is quite good and come in large portions. Everything our table ordered tasted great and the quality was high above your usual pub fare. They have daily specials as well which is always a nice option, especially when a 32oz beer only comes to $12 on Saturday night.
Service here was okay. The waitress for our table came off a bit rude at times, which wasn't very pleasant. However, she did come by often to check in on our table and for refills. The ambiance here is amazing though for watching the game. With the huge number of TVs on the wall, you won't miss a minute of the game. Prices here are definitely higher than your average bar. However, they weren't as inflated as I had expected.

Held a private party here, upstairs, & it was amazing. The lounge upstairs was spacious, food was top notch, atmosphere was exciting. Played a little golf on the screen & we all had a blast. Walk outside and the Air Canada Centre is right there. This is a really exciting place to visit and the massive jumbo screen is just humungous.

Service was good, great atmosphere with lots of tv screens to watch the games. I was able to get a table in a reasonable amount of time even though it was a crazy busy Saturday night, not to mention it was the Leafs home opener.
I'm not too crazy about the food... They changed up the menu and they got rid of some of my favourite dishes. The popcorn chicken appetizer was gross. I REALLY don't like how you can't have a salad as a side dish, so they'll make you get the salad as a main course for over $10 which is a bit ridiculous.
Also, the kitchen staff were not awake last night. They kept bringing random meals to my table that weren't even mine and when they brought my meal, they messed up the order. When I got my meal, my turkey burger had a puddle of mayo dressing and my sweet potato fries were undercooked.
I'll still come back for the service and atmosphere.

My favorite sports bar in Toronto, hands down. Being a huge Leafs fan, I love the vibe here and the huge screen and list of beers are awesome. Was in the other room for the Leafs home opener and even without the big screen, that room is great to catch the game too (screens in the booth walls). And screens in the washrooms so you don't miss a minute of the game. Enjoy.
