Beautiful hotel in a great location with generously sized rooms. What really set this place apart from other hotels we’ve stayed at in Toronto, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and truly guest-oriented. They were eager to assist without ever being snotty or pretentious. From the housekeeping staff to the valets and front desk team, everyone was exceptional and made our stay feel special.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing staycation here…we upgraded to the premium room which had gorgeous decor (in our opinion of course) and one of the best showers I’ve enjoyed anywhere. So walkable to amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. We knew it would be a quality place, but it really exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!

A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.

It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around.

Stayed at Le Germain Mercer in late Oct 2025; very comfortable room, good location near restaurants and an easy 20-minute walk from Union Station - even closer to Scotiabank Place and CN Tower. Very pleasant and professional staff and reasonably priced. After my stay, my account had an old email address on it (our fault) so I didn't get my receipt by email. Called a month later to have a new one sent and the phone was picked up by a live person (not used to THAT these days) and he could tell who I was before I had to even introduce myself. He anticipated what I needed, updated my address and had my receipt in my inbox within 3 minutes. TERRIFIC SERVICE!! I'll stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a wonderful hotel. We love all the Le Germain Hotel’s we have stayed in. We stayed at the one on Mercer St in Toronto for my wife’s birthday. When checking in, they heard it was her birthday, they left in our room a lovely hand written note wishing her happy birthday with some delicious snacks. Such a great little gesture that will bring us back again and again.

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was large. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work well at all and never got under 72 when set at 65, and there was a nonstop loud sound coming from the bathroom ceiling the entire time.

This has been by far the best customer service I’ve ever received while staying at a hotel. I’d even say their service tops the Four Seasons. Carla, Noelle, and all the front desk staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs are met. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the service here has been so exceptional that I felt compelled to write one while it was still fresh in my mind.

The staff are wonderful — they keep the rooms spotless each day, open the front doors with a smile, greet guests warmly, and always offer to help with luggage and food deliveries. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime. Definitely a 5/5 stars experience.

This was one of the best Indian Restaurants in Toronto I have ever visited during my business tour to Canada. Such amazing food I had outside of India, very nice flavors. Butter Chicken as excellent beyond my expectation. Clean and spacious dining area with captivating ambiance and light music. Service guys are pleasing, friendly and attentive. I found moderate and comfortable prices for quality of food and services provided. Indian wines served was surprise. Never knew that India produces such wonderful wines. I had to walk step up for washroom. I appreciate if its near sitting. I highly recommend for people who are looking to settle for the best only. Two thumbs up!

This place is great! Clean and spacey dining area. The food tastes and smells amazing and the staff is friendly.
Prices are moderate and they give complimentary entrees and mango lassi.

It want bad. Definitely worth almost 4 stars, the food is nicely spiced and flavourful, it could be warmer though. The hot plates they use are not the best.

Great choice of food with very amazing price,
I went in here with my cousin for lunch trying the buffet, we were warmly welcomed and seated by the Host of Dhaba. We started to have our lunch and found a large variation in salads. Along with it there were lots of food items we do not see easily around in Indian Restaurants. The servers were very responsive and quick to fulfil the customers' demands.
Overall it was one of the best you could expect from an Indian Restaurants.

No dance floor, pricey drinks, bouncers are ruder than necessary (an observation I noticed all night with multiple people). The coat check is a joke and a complete mess! It took us 30 minutes to collect our costs before leaving.
Smoking in the back of the club was encouraged so people didn't go outside to smoke!

Definitely the last time I go!

Absolutely avoid! I'm never going back again. Bouncers intentionally made people stand outside in -30 degree weather freezing so they could solicit $20 bribes from people. Our group waited for over 30 minutes and saw less than one person from the line get in without a bribes. Owners are sleezebags and they're teaching their employees to be the same. Suffice it to say we went to another club. 1/5 stars.

my boyfriend was sober and they wouldn't let him in because he was "too drunk," and one of the bouncers outside took my friend's money and told her that's where she needed to pay, then when we got into the club she was forced to pay again. I didn't see much of this place since we had so many issues at the door, but just based on this experience I would not ever come back here, seems sketchy.

$3 drinks... what more could you want. Long lines if you get there after 8pm on Wednesday or Friday but otherwise a nice spot to go. Great area upstairs during the summer as well.

Like the star rated, its an okay place. Went on a saturday night around 10pm and it was packed. It more of a dining than an actual club for me. Upstairs was a small disco section that was dead as a door knob. Not sure if its because of the winter but nothing exciting was happening for me.

I'm in my mid 20s so this is kind of not my age group. All of my older single friends (age 30-40) love this place. I had fun but again not for the early-mid 20s age group. Good music

Only served bottled beer. At first I found it odd but once the night got rolling I could understand why. The bartender downstairs was not the greatest but the bartender upstairs made it known he appreciated the tip I left. Service was prompt and polite. Shot a few games of pool and decided it was time to hit the club people right behind us politely asked if they could use our table. It was originally missing a ball but that was fixed quickly. Had lots of fun.
