What a nice hotel. Staff are excellent and everyone we dealt with spoke great English. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very nice, with a half bath, full bath, bedroom with two closets, and a very large bathroom. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast is a large buffet with everything. Nando, who brought coffee was great! Well worth it!

Great location. Beautiful rooms we had a few issues but they were addressed by Maintenance. Best breakfast on our trip. Nando, our server, is delightful and eager to help. The make to order omelette was a hit too.

Room is spacious and clean. Location is great, right near a shopping mall. Lunch! OMG. Amazing. Delicious. Tons of the tastiest food I've ever eaten. Our waiters, Felipe and Manuel, were outstanding! Great service?

The staff was excellent, friendly and proactive with good English. Spacious room but not good climate control and the bathroom was tiny, with the entire floor getting soaked after a shower, including into the room. The swimming pool on the top floor is tired and not the prettiest but does the job fine. The sauna is tiny and located in the men's changing room which was a little awkward for my girlfriend who wanted to use it.
Breakfast was a good selection, but I expect better quality of ingredients at an Intercontinental hotel.
The staff proactively inquired whether I would like to use late check out as part of IHG status.

Really enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental Santiago. The hotel's location was perfect for us : easy access, close to lots of nice neighbourhoods, great restaurants and bars in the area. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Throughout our stay, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff continued at the same high level, something we really appreciated. The room we stayed was very spacious and comfortable, but you could also feel that the room has its age. Breakfast, although a very nice assortment, could be improved easily by using better quality ingredients. Overall a great stay!

The room is big, the breakfast is rich, you can take a lot of beautiful photos on this main road, there are many restaurants on the street next to the hotel, it is very convenient to eat, the ice cream here is delicious

Fast service, ideal for a quick lunch or break. A bit expensive for a café.

This place is terrible. Only 40 minutes we ordered they realized they didn't have raviolli, and the place wasn't even crowded. The fetuccinis were over cooked, and they didn't want to change the bill, even though the fetuccinis were cheaper than the raviolis we first ordered.

My bag was stolen from under my chair at this Cafeteria while I was having lunch with three companions. I suspect the waiters were involved as there was a lot of distraction over the orders and with plates given to the wrong person. The really annoying thing is that the bag contained personal belongings which would be of no value to anyone. Please be warned.

Seriously, seriously bad. The food was inedible - I ordered prawn pasta which had prawns about the size of my fingernail, was chronically overcooked (literally a slab of pasta melted together into a block) and dripping in oil. On top of all this, it was seriously expensive compared to other much better restaurants in the area. AVOID.
