No early cancellation, very unhumane and unprofessional
The service attitude of this hotel is not very good
The staff is very friendly and efficient and the lobby area is huge. There’s a big bar/restaurant between the lobby and the elevators as well as the outdoor pool area, both of which provide excellent places to hang out after a day of work.
The rooms are pretty average for the price class, nothing that really stood out to me. Ultimately the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big enough and that’s really all I’m looking for.
