The hygiene, environment, and price are all great. However, the young lady at the front desk had an extremely poor attitude. It was as if I owed her a fortune. She was so rude and unfriendly. I'm here to spend money, not to be treated like that.

There's a small park nearby, which is clean and well-maintained. It's only a 5-minute walk from Xuanwu Hospital, and the service here is excellent.

1. The hot water ran out quickly after showering; it was an old-fashioned electric water heater.

2. The room door was broken and couldn't be locked.

3. The bed sheets weren't changed after each guest; there were black stains on the white sheets, which was very unhygienic.

4. The worst part was the service attitude. Each person was only given one bottle of purified water, even in a double room. You couldn't get an extra bottle. When I asked the staff, they said they were worried about waste and that I could use the kettle to boil tap water. I want to ask, is drinking two bottles of purified water a lot for one person a day? They're so stingy with water; is this how you treat guests?

In room 109, the floor is unevenly laid, there is too much dirt in the gaps between the floorboards, the two single beds are higher in the middle and lower at both ends, making sleeping like a seesaw, the toilet and sink in the bathroom are poorly installed, and the water heater is leaking. You should go and see for yourself.

First, I must commend the front desk service, which was quite good. My train arrived at 5 AM, and I went to the hotel front desk at 6 AM to store my luggage before running errands. I didn't check in until the afternoon. I was staying in room 109. Around 5 AM, the landlady's pet mouse climbed onto the bed from the bedside table and then ran along the radiator pipe from my scalp. I managed to catch it, but it escaped and finally stopped in the middle of the radiator. I went to the front desk to ask how to handle it, and they moved me to room 109. I asked them to talk to the owner about this and see how to resolve it. When I left at 9 AM, neither the front desk nor the owner showed up to address the issue. Around noon, the front desk called to say I owed money, even though my payment was due at noon the next day. After finishing my errands, I returned home after 5 PM and asked the front desk about the outstanding payment, only to be told it was a mistake. A young man brought me a bucket of water as an apology. I have mixed feelings and don't know how to evaluate this situation. What do you all think?

It's okay. It's very close to Xuanwu Hospital. It only takes 7.8 minutes to walk. It's very convenient. There are breakfast shops, fruit shops and restaurants next to it. The transportation is convenient.

The service attitude is extremely poor, the sanitary environment is poor, the toilet is not flushed, the trash can is full of paper, the middle-aged woman with short hair is like a market woman quarreling with customers, the air conditioner is just a decoration, the radiator is not hot at all, and she is wearing clothes I made do for one night, and the next day I changed to the Hanting Hotel diagonally opposite.
