The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was huge, and the hotel overall felt quite new. It was convenient for visiting clients, and close to Xuanwumen subway station. There's also a great old braised offal restaurant nearby.
The location is quite convenient, and I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the environment. The executive lounge offers excellent service, and the dining is good (it would be even more perfect if breakfast included some freshly made noodles or other local dishes). Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
Great stay, staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent. I'll definitely come back next time! It was very quiet, and the bathtub worked perfectly.
The room was very comfortable and the hotel's location was great. However, the breakfast selection could be improved.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room is quite spacious with decent basic amenities. The orientation isn't great, making it a bit dark in winter. The front desk service was good. It's not far from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and about fifteen minutes from Beijing North Railway Station.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making travel easy. There's a mall nearby with many restaurants. The beds are large, very spacious for sleeping with children. Nicole at the front desk was very efficient; I accidentally booked a king room, and she immediately helped me change it to a twin room, making check-in quick. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and my child...

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was very good, I really liked the wooden floor in the hotel room. Environment: I was satisfied with the environment. Some facilities were a bit old, but the room was large and had high ceilings. Service: The service was very satisfying; anything we needed was delivered quickly. Although our room was on a high floor, due to its orientation, it only offered a view of landmarks...
This time, our family stayed here for our trip to Beijing. Not only is the location excellent, and the facilities top-notch, but more importantly, the staff are highly professional. Our experience from check-in to check-out was incredibly satisfying! Many service staff, such as the front desk and concierge, provided us with thoughtful assistance. The breakfast at Zixuan Restaurant on the first floor...
The hotel's location is superb, close to the subway and several shopping malls, and the room space is incredibly large. The service is exceptionally attentive; every staff member felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The hygiene was also excellent, with towels and bedding all feeling new and comfortable. At this price, it's unbeatable. My only suggestion would be that an upgrade to the decor would make...
Excellent location with great service! The staff member at the lobby entrance was particularly welcoming and enthusiastic. The room was clean, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommend!
I stayed for 6 nights and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is just a 580-meter walk from Exit E of Xidan Station, which is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 4 (making it the closest hotel to Xidan Subway Station). The surrounding area is mostly office buildings, so it's quiet. It's also easy to get around to various places, usually just one or two subway stops away. The hygiene...
Absolutely excellent hotel. Great breakfasts. The staff are genuinely caring. I definitely recommend this hotel to foreigners. Sure, the staff’s English isn’t perfect, but who cares? They really want to help you and happily use translators :)

Overall, it was a good stay. Check-out was quick, and it was convenient to store luggage and mail packages. Alina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic. The location is also quite good, with a small convenience store nearby, though it was closed for the holiday. However, it's close to Xidan Shopping Mall, so you can always go there.
I got a great room upgrade. The room was clean, hygienic, very quiet, and comfortable. The front desk was excellent! They helped me store my luggage, and Alina Alice from the front desk even reminded me about an item I left in the room, otherwise I would have had to get it mailed.
Came here for a business trip during the May Day holiday, and even though the hotel was quite busy, the service was still excellent. The front desk kindly stored my luggage for free, and Alina helped me with a late check-out. Room service was also very prompt; I requested a toothbrush and it arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my stay.
I had a great stay here. The location is excellent for transportation, making it convenient for errands. It's close to my office, and in my free time, I explored Niujie and Qianmen, which are great for snacks. The hotel is also not far from Xidan. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly, and they provided detailed information about local attractions. Alina Alice provided excellent service...
Thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade. On the plus side, it was very clean and spacious. However, I could hear street noise from the room; better soundproofing on the windows would be an improvement. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep a bit, and the heating wasn't very effective. I could also faintly hear noise from the adjacent room and the hallway, but it wasn...
This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for business. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway. What really stands out is their fantastic service – they often upgrade my room, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Highly recommend!

Although the check-in process was a bit unpleasant because a guy at the front desk, whose name started with G, didn't immediately assign a room or offer an upgrade, I have to say the hotel's shower was great. The bathtub was huge, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall bathing experience was very good. Plus, breakfast was decent too.
The room environment is great, and everything you need is just a short walk away, making for a very comfortable stay! The breakfast has a wide variety, the service is attentive, and the hotel facilities are excellent. Highly recommended!
Staying here again, it's always my top choice when I visit Beijing. This time, I saw there were complimentary perks when I booked, and I was hoping to experience them. And indeed, everything was fulfilled during check-in! They upgraded me to a Grand Deluxe room based on availability: high floor, great view, and the room was clean and tidy. I especially love the bedding here; I always get a wonderful...
This hotel is very traditional, and the facilities are quite old-fashioned. The layout even feels a bit strange. Breakfast is extremely simple, almost bland. The service is just okay; it seems the staff prefer chatting amongst themselves over serving guests. The hotel's location is good, making it a viable option for business travelers, but I'd reconsider for leisure trips.
Overall, it was quite good, as consistently excellent as always. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The front desk staff had a great attitude. The only things that could be improved are the internet speed and the speed of room service deliveries.
Ooooh, this is the best hotel we've stayed in in China. The room is perfect, spacious, has climate control and universal outlets. The bathroom is an incredible delight.

I booked three nights here for convenience to visit the Forbidden City, Shichahai, Temple of Heaven, and Yonghe Temple. This time I was in Beijing to see a performance at the Great Hall of the People, and the location of the Grand Hotel Beijing was naturally ideal. The hotel facilities are complete, the environment is elegant, and it has a rich cultural atmosphere, exuding an air of nobility and steadiness everywhere. The service is attentive, detailed, and polite, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of attractions near Tiananmen Square. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, especially one of the bellhops who was particularly proactive and enthusiastic!

The hotel is located in Wangfujing, very close to the Old Palace. The hotel room is very spacious. Easily to meet people here. There are washer and dryer in the room which is great to the travelers and families. Overall the hotel is great. The only problem is there seems some customers smoking in their rooms, although it’s a nonsmoking hotel.
Nice large room, although felt a little be dated. Location is good. Easy to get around. Breakfast good.
Great location, good sized rooms. Although configuration a bit weird with bathtub in front of TV in bedroom.hotel quite dated too
Located adjacent to Wang Fujing street and is close to metro line too. There are shopping malls in 5 to 10 mins proximity. Room service last order is at 9:30 pm and the breakfast buffet has a generous spread and from 6:30 am to 10 am except perhaps Sunday when it's upto 10:30 am. We stayed in a One BHK and it is a spacious area for dining and the washing machine doubles up as a dryer. The study gets...
Very spacious. But there were dead flies on the bed and the bath tub in the first room. Also, there was water dipping from the air-con. The staff switched and upgraded to another bigger room. Facilities are old but still clean
Enjoyed our stay at the premise . Location, room comfort, and room service are all good and breakfast is satisfactory, though the night reception needs to improve on customer service skills, except for one lady who was very helpful and decisive. She even came to my room to inform that we were given two days of complimentary breakfast. At the end of the stay, another lady came to check if we were satisfied...

Great location. Great customer service   Jame is awesome   Thanks
Hotel a bit dated, but that was the vibe we wanted. A taste of a past era. But breakfast was excellent with lots of choices & the location is unparalled.
The prime location of the hotel made it easily accessible and within walkable distances to many attractions. They had friendly staff members that provided exceptional service. Amazing hotel and service! The way we were welcomed at the hotel and assisted with every request was truly exceptional. We want to personally thank Yulia at the reception desk for the warm welcome and for making us feel so valued from the very first moment we arrived. We also want to thank Gustav for his kindness and for helping us with every request we had. Overall, the hotel offers great value for...
Our stay at Beijing NUO Wangfujing was excellent. The staffs were friendly. Shoutout to Yulia Su, who helped me to order a pair of boots and delivered to the hotel in 38 minutes (unbelievable speed) before I headed out in a raining day for my forbidden city tour. Other staffs Coolio li, James yang and sherry Shi are also super friendly and helpful. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend.
location of Hotel NUO Beijing is excellent — just a short walk to one of the city’s most important shopping streets, which makes it very convenient for exploring central Beijing. However, while I personally enjoy classic hotels, this one is in serious need of a thoughtful renovation that preserves its charm but updates the aging infrastructure. The overall condition feels quite dated: doors don’t close...

Considering the location, the room wasn't huge, but it had everything one needs, so it was acceptable. My only complaint was that the anti-slip mat in the shower hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I picked it up to use, dirty grime just washed off it.
The location is excellent; the subway station exit is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. For an older hotel, the service was acceptable, and breakfast items were replenished promptly. However, the carpets were incredibly dirty. My child's rhinitis flared up the moment we arrived, and I suspect there's a significant amount of dust mites and mold. I strongly recommend the hotel...
The room was decent enough, though it felt quite compact, making it impossible to fully open our suitcases on the floor. Housekeeping was prompt daily. However, during our multi-night stay, one day after cleaning, the power to our room was cut, making it sweltering upon our return. The location was pretty good, very close to the metro station. Luggage storage was convenient.
The hotel boasts a superb location. It's literally right outside Exit C of Subway Line 2, and just a short stroll from Exit G of Line 4, making it incredibly convenient for exploring popular attractions. There's a KFC and Taco Bell right downstairs, and a McDonald's in the adjacent mall. Traveling as a family of three, we booked a suite for extra comfort, though it felt a little compact initially...
The room wasn't big, but it was sufficient for one adult and one child. It had a window, and the air conditioning provided fresh air. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Metro Lines 2 and 4, and all the popular *hutongs* are within 5-6 kilometers. They offer robot room service and complimentary...
The location is excellent, right by the Xuanwumen subway exit. It's just one stop to Xidan, perfect for exploring popular spots. Beijing South Railway Station is also only three stops away, which is incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was quite good, and the room was perfectly fine for a single person. For this price in Beijing, and with breakfast included, it offers fantastic value for money.

good and attentive service by 萱萱, good clothes washing service as well, but room maintenance is not the best and shows it ages
Room was clean and spacious. Staff provided bottle water daily. Location of the hotel is connected to a mall, however, to get to the main entrance of the hotel you need to go through a small street with many bikes, cars, and packages in the way.
Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Xuanxuan was also incredibly warm and helpful.
Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was strong and cooling with added humidifier and standing fan. Checkin staff 贝贝was extremely friendly and engaging. Often checked on our stay satisfaction. Concierge staff guys (sorry I forgot their names) were also very helpful. They helped to book for all our tour tickets. Location is extremely good with connecting malls next door.
Excellent location. Stayed in Family room. 雪儿 at Front desk was most helpful and acceeded to our requests for daily amenities. Hotel has free washing machine and dryer services. Free delivery of washed and dried clothings to room. Clothes neatly folded as well.
For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. Great location, very close to Tiananmen Square. The hotel environment is also excellent! 👍
Great location, and the staff were actually quite polite. However, the bathroom facilities are really outdated; showering in the bathtub is inconvenient, and the showerhead is fixed and can't be adjusted. Also, I find some of the positive reviews here a bit hard to believe.
The facilities are outdated, and showering in the bathtub is inconvenient due to the showerhead. The bathroom fixtures are of very poor quality. This place is only capitalizing on its location; it's an embarrassment to the capital. I hope they improve it to live up to its Wangfujing location.
Good location, beside is train station and wangfujing Staff all very kind and helpful
The location is fantastic, very close to Xiehe Hospital. Front desk staff Xiao Liu provided excellent service. I'll definitely be back next time.
I was busy storing my luggage, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Xu, was very enthusiastic. The location is great, right next to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, surrounded by luxury shops, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, no doubt about it. I was so happy to receive a handwritten card; the staff member who drew the adorable 'bubu' character really put a lot of thought into it. It was so cute! Cleanliness: Great, very well-maintained. Ambiance: Excellent, thoughtful design. Service: Fantastic! Facilities: Not old, quite new. Enjoy complimentary breakfast with extended stays. If you're planning to visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Forbidden City and a little over a kilometer to the Square. The rooms are well-maintained and don't feel old or dated. Highly recommended!
Arrived at the hotel around 7 AM, and they still managed to get a room ready for me quickly. This time, I even got upgraded to the heritage building, which is always a pleasant surprise! Even though I only caught a glimpse of the 'Century Morning Glow' in Beijing 2026, it still made me feel very happy. And although the breakfast price has gone up, they still offer all my favorite items.
Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Clean Environment: Beautiful Excellent location There's a hotpot restaurant right downstairs.

Decided to try Manxin Mansion with a 'let's see' attitude, and it turned out to be a genuine Beijing courtyard hotel. For the first two days in Beijing, I stayed near Wangfujing Street because it was closer to the Forbidden City on foot. The environment is great, you can really feel the courtyard atmosphere. The exterior is antique, but the interior facilities are very modern, and the hygiene is excellent. How should I put it? The value for money is really low. I originally booked a Deluxe Queen Room for 1000 yuan, but it was incredibly small. This is a great hotel, friendly local staff. Food great too, Western style buffet at breakfast but great local dishes too. Bok Choi in oil is delicious. Very good location! I needed a room quickly and was not looking to pay a lot. Pictures show very nice rooms. I got a room with no windows. But for the price and location, it's not bad. The location of the TianAn Regards is excellent. Between Wangfujing and Tiananmen Square, it is walking distance from most sites in Beijing. Rooms vary greatly in size. Weather was quite nice in May, with highs in the upper...
So much fun we ate on the rooftop terrace where we stayed for late night drinks. The food was so satisfying and beautifully prepared. Staff bent over backwards for us. The best long island ice tea ever had!!
Very average room, got a way smaller room than in pictures, dark and dingy lighting in the bathroom, reception didn’t speak much English which made it hard for international visitors, room had all your toiletries though, toothbrush, shampoo, combs and shower caps, breakfast was very odd and people always loud in the hallways on their phones or just chatting.
A nice quaint clean hotel. The bed was hard and the thermostat didn't work. But truthfully, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay again.

Excellent service. Bed quite comfortable. The cleaner lady is very kind and polite. Will visit again.
This room is in a traditional quadrangle courtyard (Siheyuan), and it's very spacious, quite large actually. The only thing is that it's a bit old, and the facilities are also a bit dated. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and the service attitude is excellent.
The location is fantastic! At the end of the hutong, you'll find the Red Star Erguotou Museum and Qianmen Street. It's only about a hundred meters from Dashilar Main Street and the Yuzhikou food area. Since it's an old courtyard house, the rooms are fully equipped, and although there's no central heating, there are electric heaters and air conditioning.
This is a charming hotel in an old building that used to be a post office. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's just off the very busy Qianmen pedestrian street with dozens of cafes, restaurants and other shops nearby. Close to Qianmen and Zhou Shi Kou metro stations and just a short walk or bike ride to Tiananmen Square or the Temple of Heaven.
This is my second time choosing this hotel, mainly because of its convenient location right by Qianmen Street, with two subway stations nearby. Hotel is very well located near Tiananmen Square. It is about a 12 minute walk to checkpoint 7. The hutongs are very active with lots of eating and souvenir shopping. The a/c worked great. There is not lift but that is not an issue. The hotel was quiet and a has a common area that you could meet other or just relax in. Overall it is very good.
Clean room with a private bathroom and two beds. It's very close to Dashilar Commercial Street and taxi stands. Plus, it's nestled in a hutong. Fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Qianmen Street, and very convenient for the subway. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me with my luggage. The only downside was that the bedside outlet wasn't very good; my phone would often stop charging.
A quintessential old Beijing courtyard house! The room is small, but the location is super convenient. Qianmen Street is just a hundred meters walk away, making it the perfect spot for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying local food. It was a great experience to get a taste of everyday life in old Beijing.
Best best hotel in Beijing : beautiful location, big room, amazing big bed and bedding, I had some of the best sleep ever! The hotel is in a fantastic location , just off the Main Street with two metro near by . Lots of amazing restaurants nearby too ! STAFF are very helpful and attentive, snd the hotel is super clean I didn’t want to leave ! If you go to Beijing you have to stay here .
Perfect location, clean and charming – would stay again! 🏨✨ We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic – very close to Qianmen Street, so it was easy to explore the area. 📍 The hotel is simple but beautiful, with traditional decor that gives it a lovely feel. Our room was comfortable and spotless. 🛏️🧼 We arrived around 11:00 AM, even though check-in was at...

Stayed at the Ibis Beijing Qianmen Hotel and it was an excellent base for exploring Beijing. The biggest advantage is the location. The hotel is just a short walk from Qianmen Street (前门大街), Dashilan (大栅栏), and Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There are countless restaurants, snack stalls, shops, and historic streets nearby, so you can easily spend days exploring...
I had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. Everything was good — the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is well-located in Dashilan, a place with a lot of good food! The street is very busy outside, but never had a problem with noise during my stay. It was also easy to find and located near Qianmen Station. The room is always clean although the space might be limited if you have a large luggage.
Overall, the stay was great. Lots of eateries and shopping in the area. Nice location. Hotel staff was very supportive
The hotel is clean and strategically located in the heart of the tourist area, making it very convenient to walk to major attractions. Nearby, you can explore local delicacies such as the famous Beijing roasted duck and infamous fermented bean soup. You’ll also find traditional silver-making shops and plenty of souvenir stalls.
Great location, very central and everything is at walking distance. Staff was very kind and friendly and they even provided me a small gift for my birthday. Thank you so much guys, it was a lovely stay!!!

Great location for getting around, nestled in a hutong with a real local vibe. There's a snack street right outside the door too.
🌟 Absolutely thrilled with my stay! The location is unbeatable – just a 10-15 minute walk to Tiananmen Square and super close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding great food. Ms. Xiaoqing at the front desk was so warm and efficient, check-in was a breeze, and she even shared some fantastic local foodie tips. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable...
The way trip advertises the property led me to believe I had reserved a different room to what I had. The staff were kind enough to upgrade us following the confusion. In our opinion the smallest double room is too small if you are 2 people with suitcases, the pictures make out there is more space. There was no bottled water supplied with the room which I think is unusual for china.
The hygiene was exceptional. Although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for a trip, as I really only needed it for sleeping. The staff were very friendly. The only drawback was the incredibly small sink; water kept splashing everywhere. The toilet was also small but manageable. For this price, being so close to the Forbidden City, it's already a steal. The location is excellent too, just...
The service from Zhang at the front desk was exceptionally warm; it really made us feel at home, fantastic! Plus, it's super convenient – just around the corner from Tiananmen Square. Highly recommend!
The location near Tiananmen Square is excellent, the environment is very clean and tidy, and the service staff are very friendly, especially Xiao Wang at the front desk who was very welcoming. A very good stay experience, thumbs up!
