I stayed for 6 nights and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel is just a 580-meter walk from Exit E of Xidan Station, which is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 4 (making it the closest hotel to Xidan Subway Station). Absolutely excellent hotel. Great breakfasts. The staff are genuinely caring. I definitely recommend this hotel to foreigners. Sure, the staff’s English isn’t perfect, but who cares? They really want to help you and happily use translators :)

Overall, it was a good stay. Check-out was quick, and it was convenient to store luggage and mail packages. Alina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic. The location is also quite good, with a small convenience store nearby, though it was closed for the holiday. However, it's close to Xidan Shopping Mall, so you can always go there.

I got a great room upgrade. The room was clean, hygienic, very quiet, and comfortable. The front desk was excellent! They helped me store my luggage, and Alina Alice from the front desk even reminded me about an item I left in the room, otherwise I would have had to get it mailed.

Came here for a business trip during the May Day holiday, and even though the hotel was quite busy, the service was still excellent. The front desk kindly stored my luggage for free, and Alina helped me with a late check-out. Room service was also very prompt; I requested a toothbrush and it arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

I had a great stay here. The location is excellent for transportation, making it convenient for errands. It's close to my office, and in my free time, I explored Niujie and Qianmen, which are great for snacks. The hotel is also not far from Xidan. Thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade. On the plus side, it was very clean and spacious. However, I could hear street noise from the room; better soundproofing on the windows would be an improvement. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep a bit, and the heating wasn't very effective. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for business. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway. What really stands out is their fantastic service – they often upgrade my room, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Highly recommend!

Although the check-in process was a bit unpleasant because a guy at the front desk, whose name started with G, didn't immediately assign a room or offer an upgrade, I have to say the hotel's shower was great. The bathtub was huge, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall bathing experience was very good. Plus, breakfast was decent too.

The room environment is great, and everything you need is just a short walk away, making for a very comfortable stay! The breakfast has a wide variety, the service is attentive, and the hotel facilities are excellent. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very traditional, and the facilities are quite old-fashioned. The layout even feels a bit strange. Breakfast is extremely simple, almost bland. The service is just okay; it seems the staff prefer chatting amongst themselves over serving guests. The hotel's location is good, making it a viable option for business travelers, but I'd reconsider for leisure trips.

Overall, it was quite good, as consistently excellent as always. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The front desk staff had a great attitude. The only things that could be improved are the internet speed and the speed of room service deliveries.

Ooooh, this is the best hotel we've stayed in in China. The room is perfect, spacious, has climate control and universal outlets. The bathroom is an incredible delight.

Considering the location, the room wasn't huge, but it had everything one needs, so it was acceptable. My only complaint was that the anti-slip mat in the shower hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I picked it up to use, dirty grime just washed off it.

The location is excellent; the subway station exit is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. For an older hotel, the service was acceptable, and breakfast items were replenished promptly. However, the carpets were incredibly dirty. My child's rhinitis flared up the moment we arrived, and I suspect there's a significant amount of dust mites and mold. I strongly recommend the hotel...

The room was decent enough, though it felt quite compact, making it impossible to fully open our suitcases on the floor. Housekeeping was prompt daily. However, during our multi-night stay, one day after cleaning, the power to our room was cut, making it sweltering upon our return. The location was pretty good, very close to the metro station. Luggage storage was convenient.

The hotel boasts a superb location. It's literally right outside Exit C of Subway Line 2, and just a short stroll from Exit G of Line 4, making it incredibly convenient for exploring popular attractions. There's a KFC and Taco Bell right downstairs, and a McDonald's in the adjacent mall. Traveling as a family of three, we booked a suite for extra comfort, though it felt a little compact initially...

The room wasn't big, but it was sufficient for one adult and one child. It had a window, and the air conditioning provided fresh air. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Metro Lines 2 and 4, and all the popular *hutongs* are within 5-6 kilometers. The location is excellent, right by the Xuanwumen subway exit. It's just one stop to Xidan, perfect for exploring popular spots. Beijing South Railway Station is also only three stops away, which is incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was quite good, and the room was perfectly fine for a single person. For this price in Beijing, and with breakfast included, it offers fantastic value for money.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff provided bottle water daily. Location of the hotel is connected to a mall, however, to get to the main entrance of the hotel you need to go through a small street with many bikes, cars, and packages in the way.

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Xuanxuan was also incredibly warm and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was strong and cooling with added humidifier and standing fan. Checkin staff 贝贝was extremely friendly and engaging. Often checked on our stay satisfaction. Concierge staff guys (sorry I forgot their names) were also very helpful. They helped to book for all our tour tickets. For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen...
