I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was simple, clean and neat, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Service:
The service was excellent. All the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Facilities:
The facilities were truly impressive. The robot delivery service was a unique highlight, something you will almost never experience outside this country! The laundry facilities were also exceptional. The washing machines and dryers are fully Wi-Fi connected, allowing a drop-and-go experience. After drying, the washed clothes were even delivered right to my doorstep. Super convenient!
Amenities:
The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including:
• Three types of towels: small(hand), medium and large
• Pyjamas and indoor shoes
• Hair dryer
• Body shampoo, hair shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion
• Mineral water
• Daily room cleaning available as well
Food:
Enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety, including dim sum, noodles and pastries which is similar to what you would expect from other quality hotels.

Approximately 5 minutes walk from Gate K, Guang Zhou East Station.
Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable stay. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed with our child, and the front desk thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and small slippers. The rooms were great, and breakfast was good too. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it's close to the East Station, walking with kids isn't convenient, and a taxi can still take 15 minutes in traffic.

The hotel is right next to Guangzhou East Railway Station, just a 10-15 minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Its central city location also makes getting around very easy. The hotel boasts a modern design and a spacious lobby. The buffet breakfast and lunch were decent. They even have robot delivery services for amenities. The laundry room is well-equipped with 4 washers and 4 dryers, which is very handy, and the staff were incredibly helpful with collecting and returning laundry items. The rooms are very spacious and feature new decor. The toiletries smell great, and the smart toilet works perfectly. My only minor quibble is that they are quite strict about the children's breakfast policy. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the price was very reasonable, offering good value for money.

**Excellent Location:** The hotel is conveniently located just about 500 meters from Guangzhou East Railway Station. It's an easy 8-minute walk from the Tianhe Bus Station exit (if you have luggage, using the internal station passageway is much more convenient) and offers seamless access to Metro Lines 1 and 3.
**Pleasant Surprise:** Upon check-in, the front desk surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The new room offered a noticeably better view and a more spacious layout.
• Excellent soundproofing, stable water pressure in the bathroom, and quality branded toiletries provided.
• Complimentary luggage storage is available until 2 PM on check-out day.
**Exceptional Service:** The front desk staff were highly responsive to requests (e.g., extra pillows, late check-out). Housekeeping thoughtfully organized our charging cables and even reminded us to ensure we had all our belongings upon departure.

Convenient! Clean! Hassle-free!
Located right next to Guangzhou East Railway Station, it makes travel incredibly easy. The hotel was clean, and the room was as comfortable as expected. The front desk staff were friendly and very efficient. For anyone needing a short, one-night stay near the station, this is a hassle-free and dependable choice. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two days. The environment, from the lobby to our room, perfectly matched the pictures and reviews on Ctrip. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Not only was the overall experience top-notch, but the service was also exceptional. We didn't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivered it right to our room door. If we ever had trouble finding our delivery, the hotel staff would respond immediately and were always incredibly helpful. For anyone with a decent travel budget, I'd highly recommend Guangzhou East Railway Station Intercity Hotel.

Highly recommended for solo female travellers. The room was perfect for work—clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Staff were all very accommodating, from front desk to housekeeping, and the bellboy helped deliver many of my parcels straight to the room, which I really appreciated. Although the surrounding area doesn’t have much entertainment, it’s extremely convenient for getting a car and drop-off right at the entrance. A good, safe spot overall.

This place did not provide me a pleasant experience. They charged my credit card for services they did not provide and then told me there was nothing they could do about it. I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card. Also, they charged me for breakfast on my bill even though I had to pay for it after I ate via credit card. I have posted a picture of the unhelpful lady who would not refund my credit card purchase even though she admitted her hotel had not provided the services promised. Kenny Wang is the hotel manger and he sent a note to my room asking that I please forgive them but offered no refund on the services. Be wary of staying here.
