The facilities are a bit old, and some parts of the bathroom are damaged. The hardware definitely needs an update. Everything else was okay, not particularly great, just passable. Overall, it's quite a ways off from a 5-star standard, and the stay didn't meet 5-star expectations. There's room for improvement.

The hotel is located on Dongfeng Road, a relatively bustling area, so dining and amenities nearby are quite convenient.

The room was pretty spacious, though the facilities were a bit dated. However, it was still quite clean. The bed was large enough and the bedding was comfortable.

The room lighting was generally a bit dim, and the air conditioning seemed to only blow cold air. The water pressure in the bathroom was low around 11 PM.

I've stayed here many times for conferences before, but after more than half a year, the breakfast variety seems to have significantly decreased. Specifically, there were fewer hot Chinese dishes, and the only meat options were various sausages.

However, the coffee, bread, and soy milk were still good.

The hotel staff were generally quite friendly. Although parking in front of the hotel isn't very convenient, the staff member responsible for coordinating vehicles was very thoughtful and efficient.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, located on a high floor with great views, making it an excellent choice for business trips. The front desk staff is very welcoming, and the hotel service is superb. Plus, getting around is really convenient.

Traveling to Guangzhou with my kids, I specifically booked this hotel for the city views. A special thank you to Xiao Yuan at the front desk, who upgraded our room to an executive twin on the 36th floor, offering a view of the Canton Tower! They also gave us extra chocolate chip cookies, which the kids loved. It far exceeded our expectations! Thanks again, Xiao Yuan 🌹🌹

The hotel's location is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. The staff saw I had a child and proactively adjusted our room. All our requests were handled quickly, and the cleaning staff were very proactive as well. Overall, my stay was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions like Beijing Road and Yongqing Fang. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options that would please anyone, young or old. Very satisfied!

Facilities: The decor isn't brand new but it's well-maintained, you can still see its former grandeur.
Hygiene: Excellent. I only checked in after inspecting the room and being satisfied with its cleanliness. Service feedback was also very prompt.
Environment: Located in the old city, it's close to all the shopping and dining areas, and taxis are easily accessible.
Service: Huge thanks to the duty manager who checked me in and the duty manager who resolved an issue during check-out the next day. Very efficient! 👍
Breakfast: The restaurant is spacious, so even during the peak hour around 8 AM, it never felt crowded. The variety of options was rich, and the food tasted quite good.

Not bad, I guess. I was pretty tipsy when I got there so I was a bit out of it, but overall it was okay. Jasmine was really nice. It would be even better if the price was a bit lower, especially since it was a weekday...
