The service was great, and the robot delivery for takeout was super prompt. The master bedroom offers a fantastic view of Canton Tower, especially when it's lit up at night. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around to all the attractions.
On the downside: The fridge had an odor, and so did the air conditioning in the room. Hope these can be improved!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we booked a family room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. It was also very convenient that the delivery robot brought our takeout orders directly to the room.

On long business trips, I get tired of eating takeout every day, so I always try to find a suite with cooking facilities.
This place is pretty good. The location is excellent, and the soundproofing is great. It's a short walk to Canton Tower. Ordering takeout is also convenient with the robot delivery. You can even walk to some dim sum spots.
The room allows cooking, and the pots, pans, and utensils are all quite comprehensive. The washing machine and refrigerator in the room are cleaned daily by housekeeping.
Overall, a very good experience.

This apartment is fantastic! The location is superb, and it even has a swimming pool and a kids' play area. The service is excellent, and the security staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

Extremely outdated hotel / apartment. Photos advertised do not represent the true state of our room. Doors had stains , windows and fly screen were dirty and stained. Wall paper starting to peal off, furniture was old with marks, carpet was stained, mould on walls and sewage smell in main bathroom. A few individual service at Front desk was appalling . Wrong attitude and seems very unwilling to engage. One night ask for delivery of orders to be delivered to room had to wait from 7:30 pm to 10:30pm after numerous phone calls. Only positive of the hotel is its location.

Front desk Nina was always flashing her radiant smile, and the staff were always eager to serve. They also proved extremely helpful when I needed to send a parcel to my China friend, and when we needed to trace our Didi driver when we left our pram in the boot.
- appreciation also goes to Manager Jennifer and her team for planning a birthday surprise, along with a big cake, for my children who were celebrating their birthdays on the trip! They also gave us a free upgrade with a fantastic view of the canton tower for the kids!
All in all, wonderful service from the heart and a great thank you to the Ascott staff for the warmth extended throughout our stay!

We have a very good stay in Ascott IFC. Its in the center location near by Huacheng square, just a few walk to the big square where you can enjoy the view of Canton tower. Nearby is big restaurant mall called Mall of the world. However if you go metro its little hard to find the location.
The hotel room is very spacious for a family, the room was clean, full of ammenties, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, they changed the breakfast everyday. No difficulties for the language. cause staffs can speak english. They provide very good cake for my wife birthday. The hotel service was excellent. I wanna give 9.5 ratings only due to metro distance. I would recommend this hotel.
Hope to stay again in this hotel, if I come back to Guangzhou again.
