The hotel was absolutely amazing overall, clean and quiet. Iven and Jasmine provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The location is great, and my stay was excellent. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying here, and I'm still impressed. The location is super convenient, really close to Coastal City, and the service is so thoughtful. They even help bring takeout upstairs! The room rates are reasonable too. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

The entire experience was superb, definitely a five-star recommendation! The hygiene was exceptional; the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was pristine and soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with no water stains or hair. The public areas were also consistently clean and elegant, making for a very reassuring stay.

The service was warm and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and all requests were met promptly. The attention to detail was excellent. Special thanks to Chloe, Simon, Jasmine, and Carl for their gentle and professional demeanor. They proactively answered questions and offered thoughtful reminders, making us feel right at home and enhancing our experience significantly!

Stepping into this hotel feels like entering a hidden Singaporean haven, crafted with warm wood and soft lighting. This exquisite hotel, comparable to an urban Hermès, is nestled right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, with its carved glass shielding guests from the outside world. The rooms boast a light luxury, modern style, offering comfortable space with a sophisticated feel. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with natural VOSS water, a Sony TV paired with a B&O sound system for a top-tier audiovisual experience, and a custom King Koil mattress as soft as a cloud. Details like Lelabo33 toiletries, a Hansgrohe shower, and a TOTO smart toilet all speak to its commitment to quality. Butlers Simon and Jasmine provided professional and attentive service, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

One word: fantastic! I saw reviews saying the breakfast was delicious, and it truly exceeded my expectations – it's so good, I'd genuinely consider staying again just for that. The amenities are all brand-name too, which shows great attention to detail. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, even the green peppers in their breakfast salad are diced into tiny squares, and the potato chunks in the dishes are perfectly cubed. It really highlights how meticulous the management is. Thumbs up!

The room was great, very spacious, and the hotel paid great attention to details. I especially liked the à la carte breakfast, which helped avoid waste. Simon and Chloe were very thoughtful and upgraded our room. When I needed to make tea, they promptly brought mineral water, and even a large bottle! The soft drinks in the mini-bar were also complimentary, but I forgot to drink them.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and I really loved the breakfast too.

Was really impressed with Ayearn. It’s my first stay. Everything from the check in, to the room, the complementary minibar, breakfast and check out was very thoughtful and well managed. May from front desk needs to be complimented for her attentiveness and warm hospitality. Will most definitely return if I am back in Shenzhen.

This is my second stay at Anyan, and I came back specifically for the breakfast this time. There are many options, but it didn't feel as amazing as my first visit.

The room's Wi-Fi was very unstable; I couldn't even stream videos. I hope this issue can be addressed.

On the day of check-out, I wasn't feeling well and wanted a late check-out. Jasmine at the front desk quickly helped me with it, so the service was still very good.

Great design details, excellent front desk service, and fantastic value for money. The bedding was superb, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep.
