For a 4-star hotel, this place is excellent. The location is superb, just 400m from Nanshui Station on Metro Line 12, making it super convenient to connect to other lines. I stayed on the side not facing the road, and it was wonderfully quiet. The central air conditioning was a bit noisy for my liking since I prefer peace and quiet, so I asked the front desk for earplugs, which a robot delivered! The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The service was fantastic, and the room was very clean. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive. This trip was for business, and I stayed alone. I felt it offered great value for money and I was extremely satisfied.

They have iron which is very convenient and of course a weighing scale to remind you.

My stay in the hotel suite was an excellent experience. The hotel's overall environment is elegant and grand, with clean and tidy public areas and a comfortable, quiet atmosphere. The suite itself was spacious and bright with exquisite decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and attention to detail was evident everywhere. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, making check-in efficient and thoughtful. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. This was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!

My trip to Shenzhen was amazing! There was so much to do with shopping, delicious food, and exploring the parks – I really enjoyed it all. The hotel was very comfortable, in a great location, had excellent service, and the dining was also fantastic.
