Stayed here for a night during the Chinese New Year period. Overall, the facilities are quite good, and the room is very spacious. The location is also convenient, right near Liyuan Station. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so light kept coming in at night. There were cats downstairs, too, attached a picture.

The hotel is conveniently located with great transport links. The decor is beautiful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip to Shenzhen. It's conveniently located very close to the subway, and there's a park nearby too. Pretty good.

The room was a huge, pleasant surprise! It was incredibly spacious and well-designed. The bedding was super soft and comfortable; I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and had a fantastic night's sleep. The separate desk was perfect for me as I occasionally need to get some work done, and they even thoughtfully provided a charging cable, which was a lifesaver. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless. I really appreciated the separate toilet and shower areas, which was a very thoughtful design, allowing for undisturbed use. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided amazing natural light throughout the entire room and offered a nice city view.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Lilin Metro Station – just a few minutes' walk, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines. The hotel also provides free parking with a spacious lot, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. Plus, they have robot room service, adding a cool tech touch. I highly recommend Shenzhen Hongdu Hotel; next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again!

Came to Shenzhen for a relaxing weekend with friends and stumbled upon the Hongdu Hotel, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant, with fantastic views. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great cityscapes, and the morning sun streaming in is incredibly therapeutic. Although the room isn't huge, the layout is very well-planned, with ample storage space, so it never felt cramped. It was also spotlessly clean, even in the corners. The lobby offers free coffee and refreshments, and each floor has a complimentary service station to restock essentials – showing thoughtful attention to detail. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, not only recommending popular spots like Nantou Ancient City and Shenzhen Bay Talent Park, but also highlighting the many local restaurants around the hotel, offering everything from Chaoshan cuisine to Cantonese dim sum. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

This hotel is incredibly convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and check-in was quick and seamless. What was even more thoughtful was that, knowing it was my first stay, they proactively arranged a high-floor room with an excellent view for me. From the polite greetings of the room service staff to the concierge's enthusiastic and professional travel advice, I felt a genuine sense of hospitality. They not only resolved any issues but also conveyed a reassuring feeling of being at home. If I return to Shenzhen, this will undoubtedly be my first choice.

Booked this place for a half marathon. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the registration area. The soundproofing isn't great, and the decor reminds me a bit of a travel agency. It's functional, but for over 300 yuan, it feels a bit overpriced. The air conditioning is really noisy at night, but other than that, everything else is fine.

In all aspects this hotel has met average standard, I would recommend for short stay only. What I found ridiculous is the chaotic booking system. Though I booked for 2 nights, somehow their system only has the record for one and I was quite disturbed by this issue. Fortunately the service crew was helpful and friendly to assist
