Traveling for work and wanted to pop over to Hong Kong. Chose this hotel and the front desk staff were great, immediately upgraded my room. It's really close to the border crossing, perfect for those planning a day trip to Hong Kong and back. The room facilities were all good, not as old as I'd imagined – a classic five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sunshine Hotel Shenzhen for our trip to Shenzhen, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We also went to Hong Kong for business during our stay, and the round-trip transportation was very smooth. Getting around Shenzhen itself was also very easy.

Since we arrived at the hotel quite late that day, the front desk informed us that our booked room type was full. However, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us for free to a room on a higher floor, which actually enhanced our experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again on our next visit to Shenzhen.

Sunshine Hotel didn't disappoint me again, I have to give it a big thumbs up! The front desk lady was super nice, proactively asking about my needs and even upgrading my room directly, which was a real surprise. The new room was huge, well-laid out, and had a great view—it was simply comfortable to stay in.

The overall service was really on point; from check-in to check-out, all the little details were handled very well. The staff were friendly, and any requests were met super quickly, whether it was calling for room service or asking for directions, everything was arranged perfectly.

The room was spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and good transport links.

Sunshine Hotel not only has excellent facilities, but all the service details are also spot-on, making it feel just like coming home.

This 5-star hotel definitely delivers on environment and service. However, the facilities weren't great, probably due to their age. The air conditioning was leaking, and the toilet was clogged. On the bright side, the Laifen SE hairdryer was excellent, though I didn't get a chance to use the bathtub.

Very satisfied! Great location and quick check-in. My friend and I both had a good experience. Really good, the room was spacious, the bed was large, and the mattress was comfortable.

Facilities: Fully equipped, lives up to 5-star standards, aside from being a bit dated. The water pressure on the 15th floor for showering was a bit low.
Cleanliness: Given the older decor, it was still quite clean.
Environment: The surrounding area is very convenient with malls, restaurants, and the subway all nearby.
Service: Room service was very prompt. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they helped me check in at 1 PM, and I was able to get a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM.
