Great, I'll definitely visit again. The facilities are complete, and the environment is clean and tidy. The front desk service is excellent, and the room's mattress is especially soft and comfortable. The hotel's aromatherapy scent is also very pleasant.

My entire stay was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were gentle, polite, and highly professional. The room had great natural light, making for a truly delightful stay. The service team took meticulous care of us throughout, being genuinely friendly and sincere, handling everything with steady care and attentiveness. They truly served every guest wholeheartedly, which made for an exceptional experience. This is definitely a top-notch choice for regular travel.

They upgraded me to a newly renovated room. The room layout was good, the bathroom was spacious enough, and it even had a small tea room. However, there's subway construction nearby. Personally, I didn't find the noise too bothersome, but the window view was just a construction site, which was quite underwhelming.
Facilities: Standard Marriott quality, but the stairwells and lobby definitely felt a bit old.
Service: Needs improvement. Perhaps there were a lot of guests checking in, but I ordered delivery and had to call three times before it was brought up, taking half an hour.

A perfect stay at the JW Marriott Shenzhen, all thanks to the professional assistance of Guest Services Executive Reina! Reina’s genuine smile and warm, generous service made a real difference. She handled check-in efficiently and thoroughly, proactively asking about my preferences and arranging the room accordingly – truly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious, exquisitely decorated with great style. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were excellent, making a relaxing bath super enjoyable. Throughout my stay, Reina provided attentive follow-up, promptly responding to and resolving all my inquiries and ad-hoc requests with full professionalism. The hotel’s overall environment is upscale, the service standards are high, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of quality options. A big shout-out to Reina – JW Marriott will definitely be my first choice for future trips!

Staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square during the May Day holiday was a great experience. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well at night.
