The hotel was great. The staff Saon was responsible for the foreign guests and he was connected with us for the whole stay. He makes our stay more smooth. He helps us whenever we need anything needs during the stay.

I was really torn when I was booking a hotel, but after checking into Tianyu, I felt I made the right choice. My kid had a blast! Duoduo's service was excellent; she was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. No one can resist Tianyu's photo booth – I loved it! Even though it was a bit hot and my kid was a little sleepy and fussy, we still managed to get some pretty satisfying photos. Thumbs up to all the staff at Tianyu!

As a popular choice for family trips, the Sanya Yalong Bay Universal Resort Hotel certainly lives up to its reputation. The shaded swimming pool, water slides, and other facilities are a huge hit with kids. Having direct beach access for playing in the sand and wading in the water is incredibly convenient. Our butler, Duoduo, was very responsive. The washing machine and drying rack were also extremely useful. The complimentary 'Pai Pai Box' travel photography service was efficient, and the photographer was clearly familiar with the hotel's best spots.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at Tianyu Hotel. Our butler, Yue Liang, added me on WeChat a day in advance to arrange airport pickup and room check-in. I was super surprised when I entered the room to find a twin room with an amazing view. Yue Liang was very patient, reminding us about activities and arranging housekeeping during our stay. The kids had an absolute blast, couldn't get enough of playing in the water, and enjoyed the fantastic fire dance performance. At checkout, they didn't want to leave and even asked me when I'd be back.

Coco provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service, making us feel cared for throughout our stay! When my child developed blisters on their feet after two days of playing in the water, Coco immediately delivered calamine lotion to our room—her response was incredibly prompt. After a leak appeared in our room, she quickly arranged for us to move into a comfortable sea-view room, which instantly elevated our experience. Before we left, she even thoughtfully gave my child a small toy. Her attentiveness in every detail made us feel truly welcome and comfortable, like an honored guest. I highly recommend this place! The breakfast spread is extensive, and the hotel is perfectly situated in Yalong Bay with lovely shade from the big trees, ensuring a lasting sense of prosperity and comfort.

The kids had a blast! The facilities are excellent, the washing machine was super convenient, and everything was spotless. The butler service was great, and breakfast was delicious.

After communicating with Trip.com, I later found on Xiaohongshu that if you want to book a room with a 180-degree direct sea view, you need to book through the official mini-program. Trip.com might have it occasionally, but it's rare because priority is given to bookings made via the official mini-program. So, when booking this room, pay close attention to whether it's a 120-degree or 180-degree view. A 120-degree view is essentially a side sea view, so you might as well just book a side sea view directly. The hotel also encouraged us to book through their mini-program. I hope Trip.com can improve their communication and clearly differentiate between the 120-degree and 180-degree room types when selling them, otherwise, the experience is completely different.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach. The environment is great, with fantastic sea views, and the balcony was really convenient for drying clothes. Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me and prepared a child's toilet seat, bottle warmer, and baby fence since I was traveling with kids. There are plenty of fun activities at the hotel, and my little one had a blast. The complimentary photoshoot turned out beautifully, my child looked amazing in the pictures, though adding extra photos was a bit pricey per shot, but I was very happy with the results. Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but I'd suggest extending it a bit. Butler Damei was very attentive and thoughtful. Staying at the hotel truly gave me that relaxed, vacation vibe. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was also excellent. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. The rooms come with a washing machine and dryer, which is perfect for families staying for several days. The only slight inconvenience was that food deliveries had to be picked up in person. Due to the hotel's complex layout, robots couldn't deliver to the rooms, which was a bit bothersome for a mom traveling alone with a child, as I had to ask concierge staff to bring it up. The hotel is very popular with families traveling with children. The kids' play facilities and activities are abundant and varied, ideal for energetic, high-energy families.

Overall, it was great and very suitable for kids, especially with large shaded areas in the public spaces, a big beach, and very clean water. The service was also excellent; every staff member was enthusiastic and cheerful. My only regret is that many activities require thorough planning beforehand. I was a bit lazy this time and didn't put in the effort to research, so I didn't get to enjoy everything to the fullest. Also, with limited time, we only got to use the pool area and the beach. I'd definitely come back given the chance.
