All the amenities around Atlantis are really quite comprehensive! The service was excellent. We were traveling with my mom and our child, and our butler, Seal 🦭, was incredibly thoughtful. They arranged for us to check into our room immediately and even provided some special treats – seriously, so nice! 🤩 The next day, because we had a photoshoot booked and were a bit short on time, they extended our check-out time after we discussed it. This stay was superb! 👍🏻 P.S. Because of the photoshoot, we had to rush through breakfast and didn't get to properly enjoy the restaurant's food. 😝 Also, due to some special circumstances, I couldn't go into the water, so it was basically just my husband and daughter 👧🏻 happily playing in the water park while I lounged on a chair. 😩 So, I'll definitely go back if I get the chance, eagerly awaiting my next visit to Atlantis. ♥️

Arrived at the hotel around noon and was able to check in early since a room was available. Most importantly, it was clean and bug-free! The aquarium, water park, Octonauts kids' club, and dolphin show were all fantastic and kept us entertained. Downstairs, the mall offered convenient snacks like popcorn, ice cream, bubble tea, and Qingshengbing. Our butler, Cao Hailong, provided exceptional service, meticulously explaining the hotel's facilities and activity arrangements. We even received small gifts for participating in the aquarium activities and at checkout. Excellent experience, we'll definitely be back!

The concierge, Miss Paopaoyu, was incredibly warm and thoughtful, making our stay very pleasant. We also enjoyed exploring the Mermaid Dance. The environment was quite good, and I felt it was one of the better-maintained hotels in Sanya. The sand in the beach lounge area was very fine.

I brought my friends from out of town to stay at Atlantis, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic! It was my friends' first time, and they had a blast!!! We all LOVED Tina the beluga whale at the aquarium!!!!! She's truly the best beluga in the world!!!! And Andy was super cute too!!!!! It was so therapeutic to watch them swim over and gaze at us!!!!! Our butler, Paopaoyu, was an unexpected bonus this time around!!!! I initially thought the hotel butler service was just a formality, but after checking us in, she meticulously explained how to use all the room's features and even showed us an easy way to open that heavy balcony door. Plus, she handled things very efficiently, helping us book and coordinate activities in advance!!!! It made our stay so smooth and enjoyable!!!!! And saved us a lot of hassle too~

If I had to point out a drawback, it would probably be that the hotel is just too big~ My friends were very happy with their stay, felt the service was top-notch, and the photo opportunities were great. I had an amazing time myself~

Superb hotel for families with young kids and the elderly. The hotel room is clean and comfy, and my kids love the room very much. The breakfast has a lot of food variety, the food is good, has plenty of seats. The hotel services are very good, and for each booking, they will assign a hotel room manager to take care of us. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay, and will definitely visit again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic! Our butler, Xiao Ma, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel room was spacious and bright, with an absolutely stunning ocean view. The kids had a blast at the water park and aquarium. This is definitely the top choice for a family vacation!

Having stayed at Atlantis Dubai before, I wanted to see how Atlantis Sanya compares. Upon arrival, a butler escorted us to our room and introduced us to the room's facilities and the hotel's entertainment options. The hotel environment is luxurious and grand; compared to Atlantis Dubai, Sanya feels more stylish. The room's hygiene, bedding, and bathroom were clean and tidy, with thoughtful details evident throughout. The staff provided attentive service, making us feel comfortable and well-treated. The stay experience was perfect, exceeding our expectations overall. Especially the breakfast! Breakfast is served in two restaurants: Chinese (Chai Cai Jing) and Western (Saffron), you choose one. The Western dining area offers a complete range of options, including freshly squeezed juices, various baked goods, Western cold cuts, and salads. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are authentic. They even have Hainan's traditional Qingbuliang! The Chinese dining area is even more impressive, with classic Cantonese dim sum like cheong fun, freshly cooked noodles, congee, stir-fries, steamed dim sum, and authentic Hainan snacks – everything you could wish for. Noodles are made and steamed on the spot, and the油条 (fried dough sticks) are freshly fried, crispy and fragrant, full of local flavor. They also have Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger) and roasted duck, both incredibly delicious. The Roujiamo buns are also freshly baked, and these two stalls had the most guests. You wouldn't get tired of eating at either restaurant by switching between them daily. Additionally, the water park is excellent; our child insisted on going for two hours every day. The hotel's aquarium is very therapeutic, spanning two floors and slightly larger than the one in Dubai. All in all, this trip to Atlantis Sanya was very satisfying. There are too many negative reviews for this hotel online, but as a traveler who has experienced Atlantis Dubai, Atlantis Sanya, EDITION, Sheraton, MGM, and many other hotels, Atlantis Sanya is definitely the ultimate family-friendly destination!

The hotel is great! It has a beautiful exterior, and the service is excellent. They even have shuttle buses to take you from your car to the entrance, so no need to walk. It was quite busy with lots of international guests, making it one of the better hotels in the area. The front desk upgraded us to the highest floor, the 55th, which was very quiet and clean. The view was fantastic, even though it wasn't directly facing the sea. There's also an aquarium and Atlantis Waterpark, plus various restaurants and shops, so it offers decent value for money. The only downside is that the aquarium and waterpark close quite early, so you can't enjoy them at night. I heard the waterpark's night sessions open during the summer. However, our butler was amazing and helped us get a late check-out, so we managed to do everything we wanted before leaving. The Royal Beach is also lovely and definitely worth visiting for some great photos.

On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from Chris, our butler, asking about our needs and adding me on WeChat for communication. Even before reaching the hotel, I already felt the attentive service. He proactively sent me information about hotel activities and specialty restaurants on WeChat, which was incredibly detailed and a huge help for someone who hadn't done any prior research. Upon arrival, the hotel staff promptly responded and escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, any questions I had were answered patiently and promptly via WeChat. When I got sunburned, Chris even thoughtfully helped me find some aloe vera gel. Overall, the service felt professional, attentive, and caring, leaving me with an excellent first impression of Atlantis. Traveling with a three-year-old, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything; we stayed at the hotel and didn't venture out, enjoying our three-day, two-night stay immensely.
