The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Jinji Lake. There are casual restaurants and a supermarket downstairs, making shopping and dining very convenient. The bathroom is spacious, and the water pressure is great. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I booked a bit late, so the price was a bit high, but everything else was quite good. The bed was clean, and it's very close to Jinji Lake, which was convenient for a walk there. After dinner that evening, we strolled along Jinji Lake, and it was really pleasant.

The staff were really nice, and I was very happy with my stay. The location is excellent, right on Shilu Pedestrian Street and less than a 10-minute walk to Shantang Street. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

I was really impressed with the hotel's service. I ordered takeout to my room, and when I called the front desk to have someone bring it up, it arrived within minutes – super quick response! The room was clean and hygienic, and all the staff were friendly and polite.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the Jinji Lake commercial area, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk lady was beautiful and very patient, helping us upgrade our room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Both the hardware and software facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, and requests were handled promptly. It's an excellent choice for business travelers, and the night view of Jinji Lake is stunning.

* Service was great, including reception, cleaning, breakfast etc.
* Facilities were also very good, particularly the room was big, the bathroom was complete, and there was a free laundry room which was very convenient as well.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! We could walk to the Arts Center for shows, and also to Moonlight Wharf and Jinji Lake for night views and dining. The Suzhou nights during this season were filled with the scent of osmanthus as we walked, and the night scenery was beautiful and lively. The front desk service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and tidy. They were very patient in providing recommendations for local attractions and dining, which was a great help. Plus, they offered free parking passes with unlimited in-and-out access, which was a huge bonus. We were very satisfied, thumbs up! 👍 The best part is that there are all sorts of shops nearby to meet every need. I feel like choosing this hotel was a great success—the location is simply unbeatable!
